I find this product is not very user-friendly for my ears. Every time I tried to rotate the camera the wire would catch and flip it back around which definitely hurts whenever it's inside of your ear. Also anytime you put an attachment on the end of it it caused the camera to blur. And a blurry camera obviously it's not a useful camera. I had bought this to use I'm my daughter's ears. But I tested it on myself first and I'm glad I did because I am not satisfied with the product.Also I wanted to point out that apparently it supposed to have a some type of heating chip technology to where it won't heat up too hot. I want to call BS on that. Cuz it gets pretty warm inside a ear. Definitely not hot enough to burn but definitely not something I would want in anybody else's years.

This is extremely complicated and confusing. The instructions don't really tell you anything, and I'm a paralyzed Disabled Veteran who was a Combat Medic. If I were to give away recommendations it would be to not use this at all because if you don't understand the instructions, you will bust your ear drums 🥁. It's not user-friendly at all. And I was in the medical Corp for 8 years. Do not use this on your children's ears because you can make the problem much worse.

This thing is awesome! My girlfriends toddler gets ear infections often, but sometimes it’s just a build up of earwax. This thing saves a trip to the doctor by us being able to look and see if it’s an actual ear infection or just earwax. Would definitely recommend!

Really cool camera. Even my kids are stoked to use it. Worth the money

I like this product. I only used it once. And then I pulled it out to use a second time and none of the 6 computers in my house don’t recognize the camera due to the converter/WiFi box being broken. I know it’s broke because the lights will not turn off. I pushed the reset button. The lights went off. I reconnected and turned it back on and still no connection. I’m using IOS on Apple computers. The first time I just plugged up and opened photo booth and it worked. So I know I’m doing it right. Plus I pulled out the directions and followed them just to make sure I’m doing it right. The converter/WiFi box is just broke and it sucks because I can’t find another one separate. I can only find the cameras. I’d hate to spend another $30 on this product just for the same issue!

I couldn't hear out of my left ear. I ordered this otoscope and peeped into my ear, So.........I got some tweezers and gently removed the dome. I'm so happy now. Heal Yourself!!!!!! :-)

So cool i used it to lookin all the families ears was even able to take a pic of something and show the doc my concerns
