Ridiculously Over Priced
Viking freeze parts do not disappoint for being poorly designed, flimsy and expensive. There are thin, little plastic tabs on the sides of the drawer to stop it from being pulled all the way out inadvertantly. These broke off of the the original Ice Pan and with a small pull it and all the ice ends on the floor. The replacdement is the same design, so we have to be very gentle with it so it doesn't happen again.

a bit pricey, but that's what I get for getting a Viking...

Poor quality - broke <1 month.
Can not recommend. We have had it for less than a month and the handle has detached from the bin. Not sure if it’s an oem part of if it’s a manufacturing issue with this batch. But the glue that holds the pieces together failed. The handle just fell off! Have contacted the seller for help. Will update once there is some final resolution. But beware of workmanship.

Broken as prior reviews noted
Purchased product in April for $200.00. Went to pull out the ice bin and the entire top piece broke off. Contacted seller and was advised 90 day warranty. Definitely not what you would expect from a Viking product or from an authorized Viking seller.
