It works great
I bought this for my wife. Recently she has take up running and has been experiencing pain in her feet. A friend of mine recommended this product so I gave it a shot. It was part of her Mothers Day gift. After the first use she said she could tell a difference. She loves it and no longer has the foot pain.

High dollar piece of rubber
Not too much to say about a piece of rubber. It does make the feet feel better, but the foot pain relief only lasted as long as I was using the foot log. As I got up and walked the pain returned. Used the log several time a day for a month then gave up.

No instructions
I figured the book that came with it would give you different types of instructions on how to use.Nope, nothing that is useful. Should you sit or stand? how long should you use it? Besides that, i use it everyday. It would of been nice to have some information on using the footlog or maybe a blog to have where other people could chime in on how they use it or what they did to make it effective.
