I recently made the change to wearing my hair in its natural curly state. The only problem with this is that I have to travel for work and now, while I save room on straighteners, hair dryers, and brushes, I need to save room for liquid hair products. I started looking into shampoo and conditioner bars to save space. I made the leap and purchased the Bar none ones. I chopped them in half, since they last a very long time, but needed something to put them in. These little cases worked out perfectly. What was even better is that it came with 2 containers. One for my shampoo bar and one for my conditioner. This made it easier to travel with a carry on. I was able to pack all the product I need. They were sturdy and didnt leak. I did leave them on the counter to dry out for a bit before packing it though. I would recommend these for travel.

These little beauties were just what I was looking for. I'm not using them as soap dishes, though. I am a guitar player who needed something to use as a humidifier in the acoustic guitar case. I bought these because they seal and fit easily into the guitar case. I cut up a sponge, fitted it in the dish, drilled several holes in the dish and put it inside the guitar case. No mess, and it lasts a long time. These dishes appear and feel sturdy, and shut tight. I wouldn't be afraid to use one as a travel item (as they were intended).

I really like this little travel case for using my shampoo soap. It's a little small for my face soap, but was able to cut it into smaller squares for which this worked. It's light weight, stays closed and easy to open. Like the pinkish color. Works for what I needed. Can recommend this item.

I've been looking forever for a soap dish to travel with that would hold my small face soap. This is the perfect soap dish. The lid closes solidly for travel and it's the perfect size. As a side note, I cut one of those nylon fiber soap drainage pads for the bottom of this dish and my soap transported perfectly and didn't get melted from any residual water.

Wasn’t a fan, poor quality and cheaply made. The top doesn’t close right and can’t use it as a soap container as the size is much larger than I wanted. Will try to find another use for it.

Update: bought this to take on a grand canyon rafting trip with my Ethique shampoo that I was also using as soap. The shampoo bar was too big for this box and I had to shave off about 1/4 of an inch. Bummed me out so removed a star but other than that, it did fine.I'm not sure why I didn't notice that it was two boxes, but I received two boxes. Technically, if I was getting 2, I would have chosen 2 different colors so I could color code the soap, but seeing as I didn't notice it was a 2pack, it's not really something I can complain about. The box is a perfect size for the Ethique soap that I'm taking on my rafting trip, so 2 thumbs up for my 2 boxes for $7.99. Seems like a really good deal that I wasn't even aware I scored. lol!!

It was hard to find a smaller size soap container that latched shut for transportation - these are great. I always feel guilty using the hotel soap for a couple of hand washes and throwing it away. These soap dishes are the perfect size to keep hotel size bars, so I don’t have to keep opening a new one each time.
