Right size for my hands, sound OK
I wanted wood, and these are. I'm 5'3" tall, and found other brands too large for my hands. My palms are 3" across. These are marked for left and right. The sound I fine; I'm not an expert. I've danced Flamenco just for fun many years ago and now play the castanets just as percussion at music jams.
