This is a great and easy way to make your own custom cowboy hat rack. It comes with the masonry inserts to screw in each individual hanger into your drywall, but you can easily make a single wooden rack out of it, and the limit is your imagination. I just wanted a simple vertical rack and just used a 2x6 board. I'm going to order another set to add more hangers nearly all the way down. Enjoy making your own backboard.

These worked out great for me. I didn't have space near the door for a large rack, so I used these and some decorative signs from Hobby Lobby (which you can probably find on Amazon too, since they have EVERYTHING) to make 2 smaller racks.It was a fun & fairly simple project to build, just needed to buy the signs & a few assorted screws or nuts & bolts to attach the racks. The racks are great, plenty sturdy for hats, and keep the hats looking good and convenient to grab as I go out the door. The little combo washer/screw head cover (included) is a nice touch, lending a very finished appearance to the assembly.Signs like I used are available in many sizes & themes. I went with lodge look/outdoorsy, but beach, lake house, religious and many others can be had, so it works out really well. They've drawn compliments already, and only up a week,or so.

I was so sick and tired of my husband leaving his hats piled up everywhere, falling everywhere, and him yelling at me "respect the hat, respect the hat", yet he would leave them in places that would never respect his own $200 hats. I found these racks and he hung them up by the front door. I am so glad. Now all the hats are immediately placed there. When properly measured by the hats when hung you can easily slide one hat upside down and one hat on top so that the five hats can hold 10 cowboy hats or you can nest your hats and hold even more, and he even nests his ball caps upside down inside his cowboy hats now and occasionally will hang his ball caps on the upswing of the hooks under the brim of his cowboy hats too. I tell you my husband has about 15-20 ball caps too. But he only keeps 2-3 ball caps by the door hung with his cowboy hats. I really don't know what I could have done without these racks. They are perfect

I purchased this product to store my hat collection. I have a A western style fedora. Also have a couple of kangaroo leather hats. This product worked perfectly for storing my hats without damaging them.Installation was as simple as using A small screwdriver to poke a hole in the sheet rock then putting the anchor in. The screws will screw into hey stud without the anchor.This product is extremely sturdy and would’ve held more than one hat you could probably store a couple of caps on the end.My double extra large Western fedora fit perfectly. I have mounted this in two different locations. Being able to separate each one to a different location was a major selling point to me.If I need five more would see no problem with purchasing this product again.

Sturdy enough for hats, straw or felt. Measure carefully to set them the right distance apart so there is no hassle taking one in or out .

My husband loves it and made a vertical stand for it with a rustic cool mirror on top of it.

We just moved into a condo from a house and I am a hat person. I used to hang my hats on the wall on nails but we don't have sufficient wall space in the condo. This hat hanger allowed me to store hats taking up less space under high shelves in our owners closet/pantry. I am planning on wrapping my hats in a plastic bag to protect from dust. I am ordering another set to stack underneath the ones I already have up.

Used these for our akubra's on a backing board and they are great. No crushed hats
