Even on a small female this will not stop the majority of falling food or liquid. To make matters worse moving makes it ride up leaving it as a throat cover.The lesson here seems to be: you can't be messy and stylish. A less attractive but proper sized bib is what is needed.Two stars are for quality and appearance.Far, far too small.

This looks fine, like a scarf/buff but only extends down about 6 inches. So no good for a larger chest. And the material is a bit daft….it needs washing after meeting any food. ie not at all resistant to either wet or dry ingredients. I wouldn't recommend.

This adult bib was purchased for my mother in law who had a stroke and was struggling with using the one side of her mouth, these bibs are discreet in looking like a cravat and not baby like, i purchased them in navy, dark green and a deep aubergine, they are quick release with velcro,and generously sized, they didnt receive a 5 star because i think the absorbancy could be quicker on the fabric, as it stays on the surface abit too long, they wash well.
