Good quality, but little bit tight. I use the sleeves for heavy bench, shoulders, and some triceps.... really helps bench press by 30 lbs!!

My elbow is painful if the weather changes or carry heave things. This elbow sleeves give support. Helping keep the area warmer and reduce the pain while carry heavy things. It seem like a good product and I am pleased with it.

the elbow sleeves are very thick, offer great support. The wrist guards are not the same colour as shown in the photo, they are just plain black, but they are great! I use them all the time.
