The media could not be loaded.  So I have now worn this since buying in Dec 2019 now and always like to review 'after' using something for a while rather than just 2 minutes after opening the product as I believe that some items, unless faulty, need longer time to a more established review. So having bought this in December 2019 I thought I had had enough use to be honest and fair in my review.Firstly – and I thought this was important – I have seen a few people mention ‘import’ and the watch I revived was not an import. It is the UK model and updates and works just fine – if a review mentions the grey import they received maybe it would be good to see the response they got from the seller added to their review? I am reviewing the UK version as received.Pros:Very easy to setup and use – I passes this on to my other half who is a little bit less adapted to technology. Found it easy to setup straight from the (lovely) box and had it working with the phone in no time. Could not have been simpler really.Great battery life for general use – I wear this all the time for work but would expect it loses much more battery when using for walking/exercise and other apps such as music but even then the battery is great I have to say. Charging is simple and I like the magnetic charger stand (see pics and video) as it is easy and small enough to have plugged in on bedside table to charge overnight. As mentioned, bought in December 2019 and battery still going strong with no issues today (July 2020).Clear and Bright Screen – I don’t have good eyesight so having a clear screen is a must. I have no problem reading or seeing the screen and various apps at all.Plenty of Apps – I have not been short of apps to choose for this phone and downloading them to the device is easy. I read a review where someone mentioned the ‘tracking’ does not work properly but have not found this to be the case at all – tracking works fine as do the other apps.Nice Design – The overall design of this watch (even the strap which I personally don’t like) is just great. It is heavy enough, robust and made to a degree that just ‘feels’ right. It ‘feels’ and looks like a quality item. The box is also great, and I think that’s important if you are choosing this as a gift for someone.Talking is Clear – I was really surprised of the quality of the voice calls with this watch when connected to my Samsung mobile – it’s great although the novelty wore off a little and I’m sure it would take its toll on the battery. Great for the odd use when not around others for privacy sake.ConsThe Rubber Strap - Just that the itches a little for me - prefer a metal strap but that's just my opinion and personal choice as you can see from the other reviews that not many have a problem with the strap at all and probably prefer it to metal. Like I said, this is personal choice really but I always like to be honest as you may not like the rubber strap or someone you are buying it for may not.After using this from Dev 2019 would I recommend? Certainly. A beautifully designed watch that does what you would expect it to do and more. Robust and well worth the money.

great watch and full of features i use it with the Samsung Galaxy S10+ and it works flawlessly taking calls with the watch it clear both ends only bad thing is typing due to the screen size. came with a smaller strap for smaller wrists so that was handy. connecting to the phone was easy, the phone done all the work all i had to do is turn it on. battery life is great you will get 2-3 days easy with heavy use. downloading apps is simple and it has a great app library to pick from 5*

Contacted the seller several times, responded quickly but avoided answering the question. This is NOT a UK version as advertised. There isn't anything wrong with the device but I have just been to the Samsung shop and they have advised it isn't a UK or EU device and should anything go wrong, they wouldn't be able to help.I guess you need to decide if the slight discount on price is worth having no manufacturers support at all. This apparently would also included in any software updates on the devices.It now explains why I'm offered a bank of Abu Dhabi credit card when I use Samsung Pay!Given 5 stars as the product itself is fantastic.

beautiful piece of engineering I'm happy with my watch the only drawback it's a bluetooth version it still offers the functionality of an lte model without the sim card so its not standalone without your phone within bluetooth range e.g if you are upstairs it still works but it cannot be used if your outside away from your phone so you can't go running with it other than that it supports all I need it to and also Samsung pay if your bank supports it failing that a curve card linked to your account and add curve to Samsung pay this is what I did with my Halifax account so contactless payments can be made without the hassle of your phone in hand I would DEFINITELY recommend it YOUR WATCH WILL WORK WITHIN BLUETOOTH RANGE OF YOUR PHONE JUST THE SAME AS THE LTE STANDALONE MODEL Samsung pay DOES work if your bank supports it other than that TRY THE CURVE CARD THAT IS NOW SAMSUNG PAY SUPPORTED if it can be linked to your own bank account then link curve to Samsung pay ALL TRANSACTIONS are have a digital token that is NOT LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT so no one can find out your account number

Great watch, really like it, decided to buy as the price has reduced with the introduction of the Galaxy watch 3. Watch arrived without issues but on start it became clear it was a Russian import model. No problem as the language is reset as you go though the pairing process with the Samsung Gear app but it soon becomes apparent that there are a few apps missing as Samsung has not rolled these out in Russia (safety concerns?). As this is a model with recently updated software, the process to reset the region that could be used before no longer works and the firmware has to be downgraded in order to change region. I'll admit, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this and as this approach involves installing firmware from a library in ... Russia, I may give it some further thought if Samsung Pay is worth the hassle. Otherwise the watch is great but if Samsung Pay is an essential app you may want to look elsewhere to buy.

I’m disappointed with this watch. I chose it over a different make for SamsungPay—but that’s not available to you unless you have a Samsung phone (I have an iPhone). I find it sometimes slow to respond and it doesn’t consistently sync with the Health phone app so you can’t use the app for much. There is a great selection of watch faces but very few apps of any value that don’t come installed. For example, there seem to be no news apps except for the basic one that comes installed. It seems to often disconnect from the watch app on my phone and it’s hard to get them to connect again which limits what you can configure. It was especially hard to get it to connect to my home WiFi—I had to stand right next to it before it would connect (it connects now from normal range but couldn’t even see my WiFi before that). Unless you’re into fitness or gadgets, I’d suggest just getting a normal watch and use your phone for everything else.
