Works great with jeans. Sort of turns them into elastic waistband jeans. Very comfortable.
I am used to wearing ratcheting belts. Due to having a belly and not much to keep my pants up in the back I almost need to wear a belt with jeans. The problem is when I sit down, the belt can actually cut off circulation at times and can be uncomfortable. I just ratchet the belt out with my ratcheting belt. This belt is a totally different concept to resolve the same issue. You fasten the ends to the front two loops of your belt buckle. The rest of the belt is elastic. When you sit, it stretches and when you stand it contracts. It is almost like turning your jeans into elastic waistband jeans. The front part doesn't stretch of course and there is no belt buckle. (which is actually nice, those dig into my belly...."first world" problem I guess)The belt doesn't look bad but it is not normal either. I wear a shirt that covers it. You can fine tune it by adjusting the length until it is perfect. (as loose as possible without your pants wanting to fall off) I took it off a few times to adjust it but later I figured out how to do it while wearing it. (that made things much easier) When you move it from one pair of pants to another the adjustment might be on the opposite side. One side will have the belt doubled up and one side will have a single elastic band. Threading it through belt loops isn't difficult but it isn't all that easy when you have the pants/shorts on. The two places where it has metal need to be fed through certain belt loops with care. (they can also hang up on a beltloop at times)I still find that it is too tight for long drives. In that case, I just unsnap one side and relieve the pressure. (not as good as a ratcheting belt but it works)It works great with jeans. It actually works great with dress pants and shorts as well. It will definitely put some strain on those front two belt loops. I was worried about it pulling too hard on the belt loops but I'm over that now. (though there is some risk, it does not need to be very tight to hold up your shorts)I showed some other people the belt and I ended up ordering a total of three of them at this point. I may update this once I try it with shorts and dress pants. (or get feedback from the other two people I ordered them for) It isn't a bad idea to have more than one of these. I have been using one but I may order a second. It is possible to forget which pair of pants you used it on last and temporarily lose it.Update 8/18/2019: I've been using these belts almost daily for a while now. I use them with shorts which I was worried about since the loops aren't as durable as the loops in jeans with no issues. I have gotten better about feeding the belt through the loops. I don't start at the first loop. I start somewhere past the second loop. The metal adjustments are the hardest part to feed though. At times those metal parts can get hung up on a loop. That is an issue but easy to avoid if you are looking for it. I've gotten better at adjusting the belt while wearing it as well. Also, you have to adjust it for each pair of shorts or jeans that you use it with. The loops aren't in the same spot. I find that wearing it as loose as possible without my pants wanting to fall down is the most comfortable tension.I really like these. The only way to make them better would be to make them easier to feed through the belt loops.

No more belt cutting into my stomach
As I read on a review, this belt is great for a fat person like me. The problems I have with regular belts is that the holes cut in them never match up and end up being to short or to long. Then I got the belt that has the holes all around it, great for finding a ideal size, terrible for feeling like its gonna slice right into my stomach after a few hours. This belt solved all the issues. I work where I am moving around a lot, bending, getting in and out of cars. The only issue I've had, and it's a very very small issue, is that sometimes it loosens up just a bit and I have to pull the sides to tighten it up. Besides that, the belt is great. I can sit for hours or work for hours and since it has no middle part, it never feels like its cutting into my stomach. If you have the same problem, and are tired of hurting and burning at your stomach, buy this. It solves that problem 100%.

So so...
I bought this for my little brother who is on the big side and mentally challenged. It really does work and seems to be comfy for him but it does loosen up a bit with movement. I think its so much better than a belt though, with his fluffiness and movement it loosens up rather than with a belt it slides down or rolls down under belly if that makes sense. The kid version is really great. I bought those for my step daughter who is autistic and its a relief for her that she doesn't have to ask me to help her undo or do the belt at potty time. Since she is way smaller it holds everything in place. I tried hers and I am 5'2, 168lbs wearing a size 10 and I liked it for me too.

Comfortable and convenient
Having had bad luck with belts in the past (usually, the little piece of metal holding the tongue to the rest of the buckle breaking off because its made of cheap pot metal), I went out on a limb and decided to try a less conventional belt. Honestly, I'm glad I took the plunge, because this belt's an excellent solution if you want your pants to stay on you, but don't want a buckle jamming into you when you sit down. The only real downside is that it can take a little longer to get thru your belt loops than a regular belt, but honestly, you really don't need to remove it unless you're washing your pants. Very heartily recommended!

Good Idea But...
I liked the concept and ordered a pair of these belts but after only wearing them once I could see they were putting too much stress on my two front belt loops. I believe over only a short amount of time they will loosen the belt loop threads on my jeans! If I loosen them up where there would not be so much stress they wouldn't hold my jeans up, defeating their purpose! Also the stress seems to be damaging the belt itself where it loops around the belt loops.

they work but it really depends on the pants/shorts you wear.
So I bought these hoping to solve a scouting problem. As scouts we have these really cool belts with a big scout logged belt buckle. When we camp for days or a week with our troop wearing the same pants/shorts each day the buckle can dig into my waist/belly a bit. so I saw these and thought if they don't have the buckle in the front they would be perfect for long campouts. while they do serve the purpose of keeping our shorts/pants on. They have to be really really tight to work and that causes the belt loops they go through to really get stretched and makes them somewhat uncomfortable over time. So yes they work, but if you don't have strong belt loops in the pants/shorts you wear they get really stretched (the loops not the belt). They also look little weird.

A NICE BELT FOR BIG BELLY MEN
At first I did not like it because to be honest the leather snaps looked sort of like cheap plastic. Boy was I wrong. After a bit of wear this is a nice belt and very comfortable for men that have big belly's or are just big and their buckles dig into their stomach because they are not fat in the ass, just bellies. I took a chance on it and it really has made my days much more comfortable and I no longer have to keep pulling up my pants or shorts.
