Glacier Outdoor Universal Shade II Glacier Glove

The quality is nice, but this is sized for children or small people. My husband is 6 foot, 200 pounds and this is way too small for him. It does not cover his neck and the snap feature is useless, on someone his size. See our pics.

This is just what I was looking for -- a highly portable sun shade that I can add to my own hat. I have a sun hat but it's bulky and I like to wear other caps. This lets me wear the hats I like and still be able to whip out the sun protection when needed. I have a large head and this is made from a stretchy material so I can wear it too. I like to wear driving caps (also known as newsboy caps) and this works well with that style cap too. The only thing I would change is I wish it were a little longer since I have a long neck.

The good about this product first. I have been using this product for a week. The material is very comfortable and works great as a sweat band. It also is a lot more comfrotable than I anticipated. The bad it is not large enough to cover the back of the neck, and the snaps are useless, because it is not large enough. it is a good product but I would not buy it again if lost or destryoes.

These things are goofy looking, but they work great for keeping the sun off your ears or neck when wearing a baseball cap. They are very light weight, so they become less useful if you're in the wind. It will flutter in the wind. At that point you would need to snap the bottom together around the front of your neck to keep it in place. I figure it's worth always having one in the fishing bag.

Overall I like this product and my review is more an FYI for others. The "shade" fits just like product pictures show. I wear a large hat and if I were to close the front of the fabric over my nose and face, it would fit closer than I would have preferred (stretched across my face). Aside from that, I like it.

The material is very soft, almost silky. It is light enough to be blown around a little, which also serves to keep it from being hot and discourage bugs. I wear it under my hat to keep from blowing off while boating. I usually get neck-burn, but haven't since using this product.

Used this all season long for my landscape business to keep the sun off the back of my neck and side of face while mowing lawns. Easy to maintain just put in the wash and let it hang dry.I don't put it over my hat, like the picture shows, I wear it right over the crown of my head. Keeps me cool while working and keeps the sweat out of my eyes.Plan to buy another one so I can switch out when I need to wash one.

To me, this thing is almost useless as all it does effectively is cover the back of the neck and the sides a little. It has snap closures to wrap it around the face, but way too tight and nearly impossible to stretch that far. Don't count on it for any cheek, nose, or lip protection.
