these are so awesome. I polished the onyx to take the cut marks out. A bit challenging to hang evenly. Lots of chain included, this could be hung from 15 feet or so. I only used one link for lower ceiling. The onyx produces a yellow goal that is not shown in photo. I have 60 watt long bulbs and it glows yellow to orange light in the room. I have not tried standard bulbs as it might be a tight fit and I don't want the heat on the stone. I have extra lamps in the room with full spectrum bulbs to help even out the light. But even with that glow I still love them. Using in French Provincial décor they are blending ok and give an old world look to them and the room with other décor.
