Beautiful design with nice quality of contstruction
There are a features I really like about this tapestry. First of all the design is beautiful and very well executed. It's hard to believe that it was accomplished with only 6 colors of thread. I bought this to replace an older tapestry and I felt it was time for a change. When I unpackaged the new one I surprised to see that there was no backing like on the one I was replacing. Also the tapestry came folded which left fold marks all across the design. I think it would be much nicer if the seller would consider rolling the tapestries and shipping them in tubes to avoid fold marks. Also I think it would be nice to add backing to the tapestries to cover the exposed threads. The one I replaced also had rods sewn into the bottom seam of the backing to add weight so that when the tapestry is hung it will lie flat against the wall. I think it would be nice if the tapestries had sleeves in both the top and bottom of the backing, not just the top, so that customers that want to hang their tapestries can add weight to the bottom if desired. I did use the supplied tacks to stretch the tapestry and reduce the visibility of the folds though I would have preferred to not have to put tacks in the tapestry or wall. Another feature that I liked is that this tapestry was made in the U.S. I like to support American companies when I can so this was a nice surprise. Over all a very beautiful tapestry with quality construction. I removed one star because of the missing features I mentioned above. I have no regrets about my purchase and would recommend this tapestry to others as a nice addition to their home.

Very nice tapestry for the price. Great for rooms with hard floors that echo. The fold marks were a bit difficult to get out though.

GORGEOUS
