I bought the beige for a friend and ordered the blue for myself. Fabric on back is a suede that seems like it will help prevent slips and slides. The details are beautiful. I was impressed with the quality of this item.

As others have noted, this peacock runner is very nice. Gorgeous colors (I got the beige/blue combination), and the length is just right. The first runner that I received was stained, but the seller quickly replaced the item.

I could not believe the quality of this piece for the money! The satin is beautiful and the pattern is stunning! There’s even a soft velvet on the under side to keep it from slipping! WOW!

Item looks just as pictured m, but unfortunately there was a snag in the thread. So there is a vertical line up the entire length of the runner.
