So I’ve used this for a few weeks and I have to say it actually works. I don’t know if you’ll everr look like Arnold Schwarzenegger But it definitely gets you sore after a good session or two. I find it hard to stay on my body where I have hair, so I just use a wrap to keep it on and it works great.

I have been seeing stimulators a lot in advertisements and As seen on TV commercials, but never thought I would be buying one, as I am a believer in old school hard work. I was pleasantly surprised after taking the plunge and purchasing the ‘Abs Stimulator’. You simply stick it on your body, turn it on, and, through electro-magnetic sensors, you can really feel the pull! I was feeling it work anywhere from level 8-10. It would depend on what you are trying to accomplish and how strong your threshold is. I can feel that the biceps have hardened and abs have started showing up. I also had shoulder pain because of lifting dumbbells but with this no more shoulder pain with nice shoulder muscles coming up. Now i strongly believe that this thing really works!!

Surprised to see its working . perfectly attached to my skin. I can do it in any position and even sleeping I am exercising. I can feel it's gonna burn my belly fat soon. I have two abs simulator so I don't have to switch to another so it's time saving too.

These muscle stimulators work! They are easy to set up and the battery units hold a charge very well. I particularly like that they are compact and sit on the muscle pads so there is no extra hardware hanging off you. I have been using them for 3 weeks now and they are helping me to relax after a workout.EDIT: After testing the true battery life today, they lasted multiple hours. Some of the other TEMS units I've used didn't last half as long, so I'm updating this to 5 stars.

It really works your muscles.BUT the gel pads aren't great. I have to wear a tight shirt to keep it stuck to me. The battery ports only work about 15 minutes then you'll need to recharge.I don't think the wrap around sections work on mine, they seem useless. The little extra pieces are great though

I loved how easy this is, but what clenched it was the difference is I felt when I came back to work after vacation. Putting the electrodes on my upper arms made my arms sore as my fists clenched during use, but the next day they felt brand new and ready to tackle printing, pulling, and counting 500 scripts a day for my pharmacy. Yes, your muscles will feel sore from activation the next day- which *might* tone you up. But once I realised how much I improved my nerve and muscle issues that's all I've been focusing on and using this for.I'd highly recommend this over any tens unit.

I have been using the item for a week now, so I feel I can judge it comparatively. First off, I love how many settings this has along with 4 different intensities. This comes with 3 batteries and a charger that can charge all 3 at once which is awesome. I have been using this 5-6 times so far and battery did not need recharging yet. That's great and I got two more backup batteries before I can charge them all. It may not completely replace the gym but it is kind of a gym at home and it improves the area applied. I can feel the difference already. Five six sessions and my abs felt like I did hundred crunches each time. Highly recommended. May also purchase one for my brother.

There are not many accessories in this set, it is very good, easy to operate, easy to use, no time and place restrictions, enjoy fitness fun anytime and anywhere. This abdominal muscle training sticker is very good, Choose the strength suitable for you, and the exercise effect is very good. My husband has used abdominal stickers before, and he said it feels good!So this time we bought another set! The key is to persist! Persistence will have an effect!
