Mann Balego Cuff Weight - 4 lbs - Turquoise - Sold Individually

Ordered two of the 4lb weights. I was hoping I could wear these as ankle weights while working out- doing a half hour of cardio circuit training and an hour of yoga. I have worked my way up to this amount of weight on each ankle.They are very uncomfortable to wear around your bare ankles because the hard seams on either end of the weights dig into your ankle bones and feet, and the weight chambers rest on all your pressure points no matter how you position them. I couldn't wear them through my whole workout, and ended up with bruising on my feet and ankles that lasted for a few days.I want to return these, but the return policy (you pay shipping back plus a 30% restocking fee!) is forcing me to find an alternate use for them.

Hated the way this weight worked. If you tightened it up it became uncomfortable because the insude is vinyl. If you loosened the weight it slid around during exercise, again becoming uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
