Even though it tastes like dollar store lipstick, it's not terrible and goes down easy. I drop it on the back on my tongue and drink something and it goes down fine.

This is the only Vitamin D supplement that actually raises my levels. It's a little expensive but lasts a long time. I attribute my not getting sick for the last 5 years (2020 to 2025 so far) partly to this.

I use it daily

My sister's naturopath recommended that you take 30 drops once a day (for no more than 2 days) and it will stop a pending cold. I have tried it, and it stopped a cold in its tracks. Also good for getting over a cold that has taken hold. Good quality.

A Naturopath told me to use this in my Neti Pot for my allergies and it has helped tremondously. Celtic Salt, a couple of drops of Bio-Ae-Mulsion and a drop of tea tree oil in my Neti pot is what he told me to use. It has really helped. Enough that my brother and husband tried it and it worked for them as well.
