I purchased & used this Excellent leakproof Caulk on my 5 year old Metal Roofs. Exactly Same Caulking Roofing Contractor Used . So, after installation one year later, and then Once a year afterwards as to Inspect and re-seal( if necessary.)For all vents, seams, chimney flashing ,etc keeps my roof in good shape on both Buildings. One is a 2000 'sq. Hangar. & House is 3600'sq. Ordered 6 Tubes & Used only 4 Tubes with a bit left over in the last tube. I always keep a few tubes on hand living in South Florida. This product is a tough as they come and holds up very well. Preventative maint is the key which keeps us Happy and dry.

This is great sealant. Excellent adhesion. If you need a permanent solution for sealing this is perfect. Stays flexible and has a rubber feel even after a couple of years of being in extreme weather. I have used it to seal roofs, siding and even used it to seal fender wells on an off road project.

I repaired rusted leaking sections around some of the screws on my metal barn roof. Works perfectly using small (6 x 6 inch) metal patches (cut from metal roofing sheets of the same profile) and placed over the top of the corroded (and cleaned) areas. Just run a bead of sealant inside the outside edges of the patched area before securing the patch in place.

Used this for my DIY rain gutter project for my home. I used it to combine and seal multiple rain gutters together. It is easy to use and apply to metal surfaces. And provides a great durable water proof seal.

Good product. Used it for a shed in the back, leaky spots. 5 months later and still no leaks!
