I read the reviews carefully before buying this pen. I can honestly say it’s amazing. I had loads of small dark brown/black moles on my forearms that just melted away! I got over enthusiastic and did them all at once (making my arms, legs and stomach look a bit terrible!) but I figure it’s best to do in one go and get all the healing happening at once, rather than spending longer overall nursing the holes in my skin!I didn’t find it hurt too much . . I used setting 7, having read that moles can grow back if you don’t cauterise all the cells.A tip would be to buy some flesh-coloured micropore tape to cover the moles after zapping them - particularly if they are on your forearms and/or you need to work! 😊

It looks very professional and a bit scarey but that was only my first look at it it's a easy thing to use ,takes a couple of times to feel comfortable with it but all in all its all good

Really easy to use and cheap. was going to buy the cryo pen for £800!!!This did the job just as well - highly recommended. didn't hurt no numbing cream neededjust a smell of burning flesh!

Not used properly but I think it will be just the thing for skin tags

i had a lot of skin tags around my neck. used this to "burn them off" skin tags drop off a couple of days later. easy to use. but hurts .what i was not aware of before i bought the product. was the process of removing the tags involves electrocuting the skin tag so that it cauterizes the skin. the tag dies and falls off in a few days.FYI burnt skin smells very bad.

My wife bought the device because she had a little youthful sin in the form of a tattoo. To be honest, we both did not believe that such devices work, but both of us were pleasantly surprised. After the first application and the subsequent healing was already a good success. The biggest hurdle is just that you dare. You can hardly feel it if you just stay calm.5 stars for the little wonder thing

Really good, smells awful when using it because of the burning, but does what it says, it’s a few weeks on now and all I’m left with are a few pink blemishes which will fade in time.

It works but can be quite painful and you might have to try a few times on big skin tags. Dont try on a high setting too soon.
