The case works with a slight modification for the IR/Power button but the clip on the holster broke on the first day.

The phone case is okay without the holster with two exceptions. The phone easily falls over when using the kickstand, and the volume button is difficult to press because the outer hard case gets in the way. The case is easy to hold onto due to the rubber/plastic combo and appears would protect your phone well but a little more difficult to get out of your pocket. The phone case fits so tight in the holster it is difficult to get pull out. This may improve in time, but the holster broke the first day. The holster clip would not stay attached to the holster.

I purchased this case to house my new HTC One and it works perfect. I like the fact that the case has a kick stand for viewing video's. The only reason that I am giving it 4 stars is that I though the case would fit in the holster a little better. Its real snug, sometimes to the point of being too snug. Also, if you don't get the two piece case on just right it makes it almost impossible to remove from the holster.

Appears to be a manufacturing problem, my clip also broke the first time I used it. love very high protective case you wont find better than this if you have this phone get this case you won't be sorry trust me the best case ever

This case is very flimsy. I bought one and the belt clip almost immediately broke. They did replace it but the clip broke yet again a week later. I didn't even bother with a replacement request. I consider it money lost.

It is a good holster, a little bit stiff than the expected, but it is really protective.

It broke at the join of case and clip first time I used it. There is a weak point, by design, for this product, which prevents it from being practically useful. They should take it off the line immediately.
