just what i ordered , in good condition and on time

filter ordered iogen sg1oo 2' high 1' wide filter received rp400 5 3/4 high 3 1/8 wide i think you can see the new filter is much too big. i would like the correct filter or my money back. i will return unused filter when i get the correct filter. or when my money is returned.
