Cloudy film on clear plastic that won’t come off!
I like the way this case looks and feels. I’m not sure how much protection it would give if dropped, but it feels light and has a smooth feeling when held.The letter design looks sleek. The frame of the case is a rubber like material that I’m unsure about drop protection.The sides/edge doesn’t rise above the screen so there is no protection for edge of screen.Now for the unacceptable part: the entire clear part of this case has a (whitish) cloudy film over it that will not come off. One guess is that it’s from heat if the ‘initial’ was heat transferred. I tried numerous things to clean it but nothing worked, not even Goo Gone. My phone is Space Gray so it’s not as noticeable as it would be on a black or dark phone.I will return it since I paid for a NEW item and got either a used or damaged one.If you buy just be aware that you might get an imperfect product and whether it’s worth the hassle of returning if you must.
