SVP 20 Megapixel Digital Waterproof Camera Series (Aqua8800-orange)

What a great little camera. We bought this for our cruise, thought it would be great to take snorkeling. We gave it to our kids to try out in the pool first. They had so much fun using it and taking under water selfies. Super easy to use, my 8 year old had no trouble at all. The quality of the pictures is great. The construction is very solid and durable. Highly recommend this camera.

I guess it's ok for an underwater/outdoor camera. Some pictures came out good, some not so much

It is a nice little camera that is easy to use. The pictures are sharp and I enjoy the selfie screen. I no longer end up with pictures of just my hair or my jaw and some scenery. Now I get to preview it before I take the picture. The con issue is the speed the camera drains batteries. I've never had any camera use up batteries like this. You have to have a stash of AAA batteries with you or you will run out of power once or twice a day. I am using duracell coppertop batteries, which I use in all my other electronic without any issues.update every time I used the camera it drained the batteries faster . When I only got 3 pictures for a set of batteries I had enough the only way to use the batteries was to remove them after every use. DON"T BUY

Bought this camera when I went on a Caribbean cruise. Went snorkeling and took several pictures underwater. Every picture taken were crisp and clear. Definitely worth the money.

This camera is junk. It doesn't power on consistently (even with fresh batteries), I received it with a defective memory card, and it doesn't take good pictures. The company offered to fix it - for a fee of $20 - but I declined since I cannot see spending another $20 for junk. You cannot see what you are taking a photo of while you are under water, so you just have to point, shoot, and wish upon a star that you'll actually get something in your view. I gave it two stars because it is durable and easy to figure out (if you get the power to actually turn on).

Does the job. I tested the camera in a sink full of water, (since I haven't gone on my vacation to the beach). It took clear pictures of various items I placed in the water. I simply wish I could see through the front picture window when the camera is under water.

Just used on a cruise with a snorkeling excursion. Worked very well. My problem was that underwater (WITHOUT MY GLASSES) I couldn't always tell if camera was on . Not the fault of the camera but the user! Appears to be well made and took good pictures.

Picture quality not as nice as I thought.
