We have an awkward living room layout where there's really no great place to put an entertainment center. To the left of the TV is a set of patio doors and to the right is a window, a favorite spot for the cat to keep an eye on birds and squirrels. When I went to measure it for some kind of shelving, with some crazy idea about making my own cushion to go on top of it, I realized the space was just about perfect for an entryway bench, which of course would have its own cushion. Enter this productWe've kept the gaming console and controls on the shelves originally, but now we keep the DVD player and DVD's on the shelves, with extra cords and remotes in the cloth bins.It was easy to put together, and the cat loves it as a sentry post. The cushion isn't the plushest, but it's just fine for our purposes, and the drawers fit well in the space and pull out easily. All in all, while this isn't the traditional use for this product, I can still recommend it as a good buy.

It took me a long time to shop for this shoes bench. I want it to fit my home wall color and design style. I love this shoes bench very much! It’s super easy to assemble. It looks great and modern in the house. It has good quality material as well. Highly recommended.

Easy to assemble but the amount of play in the components is too large. So when sitting on the bench and if you put your weight to one side it does rock a bit. Would be better if there was L-brackets to give additional support. I will most likely buy a second one. Overall it’s decent.

For the price it is fairly good looking moderately heavy piece of furniture. The only thing I found cheap material is the cam bolts. A few ones got damaged while trying to twist/tighten. Services the purpose in my garage.Update*** 5/27/19*****Seller contacted via several emails which initially went to junk emails for some reason. They showed willingness to help fix the issue. Bumping the stars for customer care and to show how seriously they take these reviews and customer care. I still think they need to use quality cam bolts.

This is a well made product and have not seen any flaws. I purchased this for use as a extra print/fax table and this was the size I was looking for. I have sat on the bench and it is sturdy. They have even added a "cleat" support for the top as extra support for the side with the longer shelf width.

Great assembling instructions. Modern & clean finish. Looks great in the living room next to the window as an easy side bench to sit around.

I didn’t expect what I got! It’s a very sturdy piece of furniture. It sits at my entryway, it’s the perfect size and looks great.

After assembling this bench with the provided tool, I can't help admiring its quality. This is not your average laminated bookcase quality. The boards are well made, feel smooth, there are no sharp edges anywhere, and all pieces fit together very nicely. The laminate layer is thick and carefully put together. You simply can't see any loose end or chipped edges. I am definitely very happy with it. Please make sure the stated sizes fit your space. The length and width (31.5 inches by 11.8 inches) are the outer dimensions.
