I have had a brother to this MeGooDo CS918 and its ran over 2 years non stop. It was nice to see XBMC (GOTHIC) but I was a little shocked that a) As it was configured from the factory it would not play "some" .FLV files properly. They would have a diagonal line in them. I tries several different settings via display settings in XBMC and in regular android settings. NOPE. I decided that before I fill this baby up with all types of repositories (movie suppliers) [ from fusion.tvaddons.ag or Super Repository srp.nu and xfinity.xunitytalk.com] hat I might as well uninstall XBMC and install its renamed upgrade called KODI available at KODI.TV then click downloads and click on the ARM near the green android icon. After I installed KODI all the few FLV files that failed to play now played perfect??? B) One thing that was odd is under KODI there is a place to look at your hardware. It shows it had an ARM 7 vers 3 CPU. I did not like seeing that being as it is advertised with an ARM 31A So until I download a diagnostic app I will not know if I got a dual or quad. It may be KODI can't or doesn't have it in its database yet.I have had great luck with my other nearly identical box as this but I noticed that when a person opens up XBMC (Hopefully youll save yourself the trouble and remove XBMC and put KODI in like I but once either is in (the look 99% the same once installed but you can feel like your lost in space no icons no movies. I will try to condense the easiest way I can so you can watch movies 1,000;s You can figure the rest on your own but I will tell you how to install navi-x (the best next to the old MashUp Ive ever seen)Make sure you have an internet connection goingThen in once XBMC or KODI is open you see SYSTEM you will see FILE MANAGER tick it and youll see ADD SOURCE, tick it then youll see a place to type in an address. tick it and an on screen keyboard appears make sure you type http://fusion.tvaddons.ag then tick DONE just give it the name FUSION on the bottom and done. Now exit out of the FILE MANAGER and keep your eye on SYSTEM this time you will tick SYSTEM forget what you see below SYSTEM. After SYSTEM is ticked youll notice on your left side "ADD FROM.ZIP FILE" tick that and click BROWSE you will then see the folder-link you made called FUSION as well as 3 to 5 others. Tick FUSION if you have XBMC you may need to tick Gotham if you have KODI click HELIX if it is not there just click START HERE" there will be 3 options one has the word INSTALLLER tick it and look on your bottom right hand side if a green square logo appears saying INSTALLER COMPLETE. Now exit (back out) and in the horizontal line as the program is still open youll see PROGRAMS tick it then click PROGRAM ADD ONS then youll see 8 or 10 green square installers. You may install everyone there your not going to fill up your system. but to make it easy just tick the one that says SEARCH and type NAVI then press enter. Youll see NAVI-X icon installer appear. You must click it a few times before its installed. It sorta walks you through. You know it is installed when it says NAVI-X is installed tick OK now exit out of programs enough to go back into PROGRAMS and you will see NAVI-X tick it, more than once if need be. Then a START button apprars (in KODI) I forgot what it is in XBMC just click the top left Navi-x button. Then a bunch of similar icons will appear like Most viewed 24 hours but tick on the one MOST VIEWED 7 DAYS now you will see hundreds and thousands of movies you that you will recognize. tick the movie you want and ENJOY.PS I haven't tried the camera yet but I doubt Ill use it,I paid $150 for my first Jailbroken ATV2 then I had SO MUCH PROBLEMS you have no idea how lucky you are to have landed on such a good deal.C) One thing I really like is just as my cell phone had casting or MiraCast Android 4.2.1 also does this box with its 4.2 or is it 4.4 Anyway. I have the screen Beam Mini 2 (cost $39) It sends a duplicate or mirrors my screen so any movie I start to play in the bedroom also plays on my 60" HDTV in the living room and it does it at 1080P at both rooms. The only drawback is I have plenty of sound where I cast it in the living room but no sound in the bedroom so I simply turn my sound up a bit higher in the living room. This could be a problem for closed door nights.

I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.
There is no English manual or information booklet in the package so you are on your own to figure out what this device is capable of. The remote control is very basic and needs improvement. Remote control needs to be at same level with device in order to get the commands. It gives the option of using market place to download apps but it doesn't tell you which apps are compatible and which one's are not. It is almost impossible to get rid of / uninstall the apps that don't work. Don't download any games like Angry bird or .... because the basic remote control doesn't have the capability of gaming.
