The only reason I wear them a couple of hours is because the black laquer wood gets dinged easily. Uneven streets and curbs can add a bit of wear and tear outdoors - which I made the mistake of doing. It's easy to fix worn areas with a black permanent marker. Otherwise they are super comfortable.I recommend wearing them to a gallery event or indoor party where you balance easily and can stand elegantly around in them. It might be best to wear regular shoes until you get to your destination, then change into these. :)
