All Things Garage Tote Slide Storage System

I had been searching and searching for a product like this. One that would allow me to mount storage totes on the ceiling above the garage door with a low profile and sturdy enough to hold the weight. This is it! I attempted to make my own “rail” system out of 2x4 lumber after watching some YouTube videos but I was worried about the weight limit. This system is made out of metal instead of plastic. Not to mention the price of this is much lower than other systems and this has more features. It’s also a flexible system because your totes can be different widths so all you have to do is adjust the rails to accommodate totes. Took me about an hour and twenty minutes to install everything and that was by myself. I have a single car (8 ft wide with 9 ft ceiling) garage and this fits perfectly between the garage door track. I have plenty of room between the bottom of the totes (27 gal tote) and the garage door when it’s open. Once you load up the totes, they glide easily down the track with little to no flex. I believe the weight limit is 200 lbs per pair of rails which is awesome.If anything else, their customer service is amazing. When I received my package, the box was pretty beat up. Upon inspection of all the pieces, only one rail had been badly damaged and bent out of shape. I contacted All Things Garage via Instagram and was surprised at how quickly I received a response. They apologized, took down my info, and had a new rail piece sent to me at no extra charge. I will definitely be recommending them to all friends and family who are looking for a simple storage solution. Do yourself a favor, buy this and you won’t regret it.

Box was in horrible shape upon arrival. Missing all 8 smaller size washers, 3 zinc nuts, and 2 male pieces were bent. I was able to repair the male rail ends that insert into the female rails, but had go to the hardware store to get some special washers and nuts to get the last 2 rails up. The product seems great, but for the price I would expect better packaging and not the extra work. An hour job turned into multiple hours. I was hoping to purchase another one, but I am not too sure now. I would love to give this product 5 stars like everyone else but my experience wasn't as seamless.

Really great storage solution. I had been struggling to find a system that accommodates the 16" spacing between my joists. This is a genius solution and works really well. Installation is very straightforward. My only comment is that only 8 washers are included but 16 are needed. Additionally, I'm hoping that I can purchase and individual rail so that I can put another row of totes.

This product is amazing! My wife has decorations for every season and I was able to use this tote system to get everything off the floor and shelves. Thank you All Things Garage for your help with this design!

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO STORE OUR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS AND TAX RECORDS,ETC...MORE SPACE FOR OUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT!

Love the system, easy to install, saves so much space.Only issue was long ship time.
