I had a problem with one of my earrings and they so kindly helped me with that in a very quick fashion. The earrings are very pretty (the backs were a bit small for my fingers, but I managed.) More importantly I have a skin allergy that is most affected when I wear earrings (even the 9ct gold ones from the high street set my ears off immediately), these earrings were completely non-reactive for over 8 hours of wear. Really happy!
