Hard to Handle
As a type 2 diabetic, I really miss my pasta. These noodles taste great, and are as easy to cook as wheat noodles. I held back on a star because the uncooked noodles are VERY difficult to break and they are about a meter/yard in length. I found that kitchen shears work best to cut the noodles.I think children will like these noodles because wen they are cooked, they are transparent! COOL! ...and if you cook them whole, kids will love rolling them in their fork or trying to slurp a single noodle in one breath.Great wheat alternative, Recommend
