I love this BUT 1 big problem I have is that with the handle being where you insert the charger it's very difficult to get the charger in..its constantly bended and probably will ruin the charger.UPDATE: my 1st review was January 13th...and I am now updating it. As expected the charger messed up...and let me correct that the charger port did. I am not calling around to see how much it will cost to fix the port and hopefully not lose photos or videos.. very disappointedAlso just now noticed that the one pictured is not the one I received I received on that has a fab between the handle and case. If I could post a picture I would.

This case is DEFINITELY protective. I bought this for my very energetic 3year old. It has been thrown, taken rides down the slide, and of coarse dropped. This tablet inside is Unharmed!! However, the only down fall is it is very awkward to plug in the charger. Once you get it in there it is bent due to the very tight fit. So now we have problems with the tablet holding a charge. I don't know if it is the tablet or if the charger has a bad connection due to the cord being pinched to fit in. So I am torn.

I gave my Samsung Tab 3 10.1 to my 3yr old and bought this in hopes that it could take a beating! It is great!The holes all line up perfectly for the charger, volume and power. The material is a hard foam like material. The section for getting the charger into the hole is a snug fit but not a problem. I love the handle and it makes me feel more at ease when my son is carrying it around. He loves the bright green color and the handle pivots so he can sit it up and watch videos. This is a great case and I highly recommend it!

I ordered this case for my 5 year olds Tablet, I liked that it had a handle for him to carry it, I did not like that even though it shows you can prop it up it wont really stay up it kept falling forward. The other problem i had was it was on the harder side to get the tablet in the case, and the placing of the charger is horrible, you have to push and pull the case in order to get the charger to plug in I only used this case until i ordered a new one. This product unfortunately didnt work out for us

Little hard to get on but then do want it tight. The only complaint is the opening for the micro usb cable. It is under the handle which makes it a very difficult angle to maneuver.

It is really hard to plug in the charger because of the handle so we took the handle off.

VERY VERY durable! Bought this for my daughter that has autism and she loved it. Felt better knowing that when she dropped her tablet it would be secure and it was !!

great case. my 9 year old and 5 year old would be tablet less if not for how strong and durable these cases are. the best part is how they fold at the dinner table so they can watch 2 different things at the dinner table leaving mom and dad alone to eat peacefully!!!!!
