Dean Markley DM60RC Guitar Amplifier

I bought this amp based on the company's reputation and good reviews for their other amps. I wanted a 12 inch speaker and a good clean channel. The clean tone is excellent. I can get a decent blues rock sound from the drive channel, though if I turn the drive knob up more than half way it's too much distortion for my taste. The built in reverb is digital, it's just enough to add a little character, not enough for surf rock or as a special effect. The digital chorus is a little more pronounced.I considered buying a more expensive jazz amp, but I was afraid it would be too limiting. This was an excellent buy. If you're not interested in digital modeling or you find the modeling amps have their weaknesses, this is a good choice.
