Rapid delivery and product is in pouches, which get through the letterbox without problem. Price is reasonable and manufacture is to GMP standard. A big plus is that both the selenium and zinc are in readily absorbed forms (selenomethionine and zinc picolinate) rather than sodium selenite and zinc sulphate.

Convenient having the zinc and selenium in the one product.Really quick dispatch and manufacturer states good manufacturing approved facility.Good for trying out this type of supplement and really good price.

Great supplement but the smell of these things are revolting, I have to hold my breath when I open the bag and swallow one. It doesn’t bother my sister.

Have been taking these for a year now, initially for oxidative stress as I have subclinical hypothyroidism, but I have to say my fingernails have never been in better shape! No more splitting and very rare breakages. I haven't been ill for a very long time, so I feel my immune system is strong. The hypothyroidism seems managed according to test results.The tablets themselves are medium/normal size (pprox 4mm diameter), are caked together really well (don't dissolve in your mouth or with liquid nor stick to the sides of your mouth so can swallow easily) , and taste of nothing I can tell.When you first open the pack, or container you're storing them in, there is a very metallic smell, but of course this is normal as selenium and zinc are metals...I chose this brand as it contains Selenomethionine which (according to clinical trials for improving hypothyroidism) is easier for the body to metabolise, rather than the more common Anhydrous Sodium Selenite.I'm a very happy customer!

You get so much for the price, and the minerals are quality as well... not the cheap oxide stuff you find elsewhere

Pill is too large and the smell and taste is very strong. Wouldn't buy again.
