Effective for back pain
I drive two wheeler for long distances resulting in strain on my back. Add to this long hours at desk. Bought this which is primarily for posture which is great for me, but also good for my back pain. Getting used to it, so will take time. But easy to wear, doesn't itch or irritate, nor does it feel heavy under the clothes. Feeeling better with this and it's not very pricey.
