This book is horrible!!!
This book contains many errors. The instructions are unclear. There are even major mistakes in the ingredient lists, e.g. 1 cup of whipping cream instead of 1 cup water for steaming broccoli (see pic). I don't feel like I can trust the recipes or the nutritional info provided. You'll be better off getting a general book on keto meal planning and get a general Ninja Foodi Cookbook and adapt the recipes to fit your keto meals. Also, it's cheaply made. The only picture in the book is of the foodi. Not one picture of any dishes. I'm glad I only spent $5 on the book because it's going in the trash.

Good book, no pictures
If you buy a Ninja Foodi, it's really important to have a companion cookbook, because it's such a unique appliance. I like this book, but I don't understand what is so hard about including some pictures of the food in a cookbook. I like to see visual representations of what I am cooking. This book has none, other than one recipe at the beginning of each chapter. With photos of each recipe, it would be 5-star.That said it's nicely organized and appears to include lots of great recipes for breakfast, snacks and appetizers, vegetarian mains, fish & seafood, poultry, beef, pork and lamb, together with a section on desserts, breads and rolls. It contains the charts on cooking with the Foodi as well, be it pressure cook, air crisp, steam or dehydrate. Handy US to metric conversion charts as well.I bought this book along with the other Foodi Cookbook title "One-Pot Cookbook". If you are only going to purchase one, I might suggest that other one instead, but both are worth having.

Do Not Waste your money! Cook book is NOT for beginners!
I thought I needed this book to cook for the Ninja foodi, but it is full of gourmet recipes, not your everyday meals. Most of the recipes in the book are the free ones you get with the foodi. And how the book is set up, ugh! The index pages are horrible. I did cook the short rib with roasted sweet potatoes, but to me not cooked enough. Also cooked a pork butt roast, not done enough for me. So I guess I have to wing everything I cook in it.

Not a Good Foodi Cookbook -- Look Elsewhere
I got a Ninja Foodi when it was first released, and, at the time, only two cookbooks had been published, this and one by Janet Zimmerman. Because I already knew and trusted Zimmerman, I bought this one on Kindle and the Zimmerman one in paperback. I'm so glad I did since this book is not worth any space it would take on my shelf. Many recipes rely on frozen prepared items or other prepared shortcuts such as refrigerated biscuits for dumplings and frozen popcorn shrimp as the basis for Bang Bang shrimp. So much for making something from scratch. Other recipes don't get the timing right. The 360 meal of Orange Chicken with rice and broccoli resulted in rice that wasn't quite done (it was chewy rather than fluffy). The Apple Hand pies didn't result in a tender filling. The only recipe that truly worked for me was the Smoked Paprika Whole Roasted Chicken, but that recipe basically uses the roasted chicken recipe in the Foodi cookbook with a different rub on the outside. Peanut Butter and Chocolate Lava Cakes sounds good, but I'm afraid to try it given past results.I'm pretty sure that some edits have been pushed to the Kindle version because I swear that I saw "frozen Bang Bang shrimp" in the ingredient list for Bang Bang shrimp, but, when I opened up the recipe yesterday, the recipe called for the popcorn shrimp described above. This won't be true, obviously, for the initial paperback version. After an okay Orange Chicken with Broccoli that I prepared last night, with its undercooked rice and blackened broccoli, I've decided to abandon this cookbook. It's just not worth my time.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Recipes were probably not tested -- based on yogurt recipe
The homemade yogurt recipe does not work as written in the cookbook. It makes me leery about the other recipes and whether or not any of them were tested.Update:. Other users in Foodi Facebook groups are reporting poor results (raw chicken, undercooked rice) using recipes from this book which really makes me think these recipes were not thoroughly tested. I wish I could get a refund.

A Must Have if you bought the Foodi since the cookbook shipped with the Foodi is inaccurate!
A MUST PURCHASE COOKBOOK IF YOU BOUGHT THE FOODI because the original cookbook that comes with Foodi Pressure Cooker is incorrect and contains many recipe errors. *See more detailed information below. However THIS ITEM - Ninja Foodi Cookbook authored by Kenzie Swanhart is EXCELLENT! It's accurate and chalk full of yummy recipes. She has done a great job of organizing the cookbook and fully explains all the different cooking options of the Ninja Foodi.*The cookbook that comes with your purchase contains recipes that are not correct. Many of the recipes ask for Tablespoons of salt, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper. DO NOT FOLLOW these guidelines as we believe that tablespoon was inserted where Teaspoon should have been used.

They like normal things
Not as much variety and normal everyday foods as I had hoped. Not a lot of recipes that my family would eat. They like normal things. Roast, Mac and chz, meatloaf,Chicken, etc. i guess if you want new dishes, order this but if you want normal foods, this is not the book for you.

Can’t Recommend
Tried 2 recipes. Chicken and crispy dumplings came out soupy and the biscuits were completely burnt (see pic) and the pork teriyaki’s rice was raw. Can’t recommend this cookbook.

Garbage. Rubbish. Joke of a book. Don't bother
What an absolute joke of a book. I bought this for the kindle app. When I opened it I got 896 pages of absolute waffle. I'm here to learn how to use the ninja not read somebody's mundane life story. Then, I saw a few random links to what looked like recipes. When I clicked on the link I was presented with a list of ingredients. THEN, when I swiped to view the next page, which should have been the recipe, I was presented with an advertisement to spend another £7 to read it!!! What a cheek!!! An outrageous, stealth attempt to con money from somebody who kindly parted with their cash in the first place to buy it! Never will I ever buy another book from this author. Most definitely the worst book I've ever bought. Don't waste your time and money. Absolute rubbish.

New to Ninja cooking
Needed a book to inspire me as just bought a Ninja 7.5l, I have used the small cook book supplied and have made some lovely dishes. However I now realise that there is nothing like having the book in your hands so this kindle addition not really for me. I also did not realise it was an American based book. Can’t find a chart to give me cooking time for a basic Leg of Lamb so doing a flyer on it. Cooked the honey chicken and absolutely fantastic flavour.

Enjoyable and useful book
A very nice book to accompany the Ninja Foodi, lots of enticing recipe ideas. They can be adapted to your favourite ingredients. Good instructions which are easy to follow, plus some Foodi pressure cooker information and helpful tips. I'm pleased with this purchase and would recommend to other Ninja Foodi owners.
