Excellent product! Outperforms other popular gun lubes by far
Weapons Shield is an excellent gun lube, backed up by experimental data and experience in the field. It's higher viscosity, low volatile content, and tenacious surface adherence ensures that it won't burn off with the first few dozen rounds like most lighter weight gun oils. Even after ~500+ rds through my M&P15 Mid-length, a visible film of oil remains, keeping the action smooth as butter from first shot till last. This particular synthetic blend has a remarkably low coefficient of friction as well as excellent cleaning and metal-adhering properties. Once a decent base coat is established on the metal surface, carbon fouling and similar gunk easily wipes off. Unlike lighter oils which burn off to expose bare metal, Weapon Shield's persistent film prevents carbon deposition and buildup, largely obviating the need for stronger powder solvents and cleaners. For more thorough cleaning/degreasing, I use Ballistol due to it's volatile solvent content and ability to emulsify/displace water. After wiping dry, lather on Weapon Shield and you're good to go!

Buy it you won't regret it. Best CLP on the market.
Hands down the best CLP I've ever used. Fantastic seller. They get 5 stars as well. I transfer it into a needle tip bottle a little goes a long way. Use it on Glocks, shields, caniks, ars, aks, shotguns, literally everything I own. I even use it to sharpen my pocket knives. This is great stuff just buy it. It is worth every penny. Update I've purchased this a few times before. This seller is fantastic. The bottle came busted from shipping to no fault of theirs and they quickly apologized and sent out a new bottle. Best gun lube on the market from a great seller. Buy it. 10 stars all around!

The best weapons lube that works
Good stuff from the former owner of FP10. A new improved version. Works great just doe not have the old cinnamon smell of the early FP10 product. Cleans well, protects blue steel under the worst conditions and makes subsequent cleaning easier. I once used this product on a hunt in Prince William Sound in Alaska for several days. Non of the rifles rusted even though we were hunting out of a zodiac in salt water. As good as it gets!

Bit expensive!
The price is pretty high for the amount you get. Wish I would’ve spent more to get the 16oz. I can definitely feel the difference in my g19 and ar when I pull the charging handle. Feel much smoother compared to hoppes oil.

An Excellent All-Around CLP
I hadn't heard of Weapon Shield until I started looking around online for a good CLP for my new FN FNP-40(traditionally, I'm more of a Hoppe's user). Weapon Shield was held in high esteem on the FN forums, so I figured I might as well try it out. Not to sound like a cliche, but it's all I use for my FN now. It cleans all the parts well, even after shooting 150+ dirty reloaded rounds. Afterwards, a light coat on the moving parts, and you're good to go. Admittedly, I would coat it a little heavy sometimes, especially if I knew I wasn't going to go out shooting for a while. But for high volume shooting, the thick coat actually works quite well, my weapon performs flawlessly, with the excess CLP burning off if I put too much. Overall, it works very well and I'll definitely buy more when I run out.

Seems like really good oil.
I dont use this to clean, I use it on the rails and barrels of my pistols. It really stays in place. I use Ballestol to clean and then finish with Weapon Shield on areas of the gun to prevent wear. I cleaned and haven't shot one of those pistols for two months and the slide and barrel are still coated. The primary reason I decided to try was the slippery nature of the product, if the tests on-line are not fudged, this could be the grail of wear resistance. Unfortunatly, I see Steel Sheild has gone out of business, hopefully George resurrects the product in some way! Luckily, my bottle should last years due to the way I use the product.

Top Non-Toxic Cleaner Lubricant and Protectant
Weapon Shield is a great cleaner, lubricant and protectant for guns. It's also safe for humans so you don't have to worry about toxic fumes or wearing protective gloves and clothing when using it. It is a SUPER product. One of the best CLPs. I test gun cleaning products on my blog and Weapon Shield was a top performer.
