I have been searching for this level of absorbency & protection all my life! Having had 3 c-sections, cervical cancer, and now I have chronic rheumatoid arthritis....all that mixed with living in excruciating pain daily, my bladder is shot! When I have to go, trying to stand up & walk is so much pain I wet myself every time, except for now! When I first opened these up, the first thing I noticed was the size of these pads, they're the longest, widest, pad I've ever seen. I'm a plus size woman, and these give me full coverage from front to back, they don't bunch up, and they're not bulky. These are actually on the thin side, but the coverage is on point. The absorbency is Amazing!!! These are better than any pad or adult diaper that I've ever tried. When I stand up I pretty much empty out most if not all of my bladder, these pads Absorb everything, NO LEAKES! And they keep you DRY!!! I'm so Grateful that I don't have to be embarrassed no longer with wetting myself, and not too mention I'm on a budget, and I can purchase these in bulk makes my pockets HAPPY. So if your tired of spending your hard earned money on high cost incontinence pads that leave you soaked, embarrassed, and running for the bathroom! Meet your Forever pads, look no further.

I was nervous about the backing not being waterproof, but I haven't had any issues with them so far. If you're a heavy wetter, I would maybe include a booster pad to ensure you don't leak. The pad itself absorbs liquid and blood rapidly, like the split second it touches it, which is great as well. For the price, size and effectiveness, I'm highly impressed.

I would highly recommend these pads for comfort, security, and practicality during postpartum recovery. These are way better and cheaper than the depends diapers I used my last pregnancy recovery. Those were always leaking and I felt wetness constantly. With these pads, they are so comfortable and think and conform the shape of my body and are nice and long. I feel confident and secure wearing these and they are great for postpartum. If it works for me I’m sure it would be great for other purposes also .

These are like a giant pantyliner. When I first opened these I was excited because I thought I had found something I could wear at night and be able to sleep without leakage. WRONG!! These leaked so bad I had to take apart my bedding. It was like they didn’t have a back or waterproof underneath. I wondered if I’d bought those things that you insert into adult diapers to make them hold more but I read all over the packaging and there isn’t anything that says that. They may be huge and feel like you’re wearing a diaper giving a false sense of security, but they barely hold anything. I like the Amazon overnight pads but they just need to be wider. I tried the other size that is more uniform in its width and they weren’t wide enough either. The width of the big end on the overnight is what the whole length should be. It also should be an inch or two longer. So I’m still looking for a good alternative. I’m too young to be dealing with this crap, but that is what a side effect of cervical cancer treatment has done for me. How lucky am I? Ugh… 😞
