Our "vacuum" worked well for a time or two and then stopped. We changed batteries, but it still did not work. I let Amazon know, and they were supposed to send a replacement, and after receiving it we were to return the defective one. If I am not mistaken I let them know a couple of weeks ago, but I have not heard back from Amazon. Not sure what the next step is.... It is not an expensive item, but still we need resolution on this situation. Normally, we have no problems at all with all that we order...

I love how easyithe vacuum is to hold, I love color, I love how it picks up crumbs and doesn't pick up the table cloth. I attached a picture of cleanup after cutting a messy birthday cake with tons of kids around. It picked up everything but where the icing was smudged...but actually even some of that! I definitely recommend.

Well it certainly is cute. It was a little difficult to twist the red top half of the ladybug off to put the batteries in.. I was afraid I would break it. But I did it very gently.. and it works pretty well!! It picks up lint and crumbs and ashes.. I like it.. happy with purchase.. UPDATE:.. I HAVE BEEN USING IT SPARINGLY THINKING IT IS MORE IF A NOVELTY ITEM.. AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO I WENT TO USE IT .. AND IT WOULDNT WORK AT ALL!! SENDING BACK FOR REFUND!!

I ordered this clever little deice. The first one came with no motor and no way to insert batteries. SOOOO I ordered it again! The second one came with the EXACT SAME problem. No motor, no place to put batteries. Picture attached of inside of it. Stupid me for thinking it would be different. DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM

This nice little gadget is very useful to clean all crumbs from the dinner table, also to vacuum a laptop keyboard and small areas like that. The suction power is enough for those items and the whole gadget is easy to manipulate; the only negative comment is the instructions: they are in chinese and incomprehensible drawings; the worst part was installing the batteries: you have to hold the ladybug on one hand, with the bristles touching your palm, and with the other hand turn the top gently until it becomes dislodged and the battery compartment appears. Very clumsy.

This handy little gadget is intended for cleaning crumbs and such off your computer keyboard. It does that. I had read, however, that it is also useful for cleaning crumbs off tables, countertops, and so forth so I decided to try it out. It works quite well as a "countertop vacuum"! The suction is surprising for its size. It works quite well for picking up dry crumbs and powders from the countertops, stovetop, tabletop, and similar surfaces. It does not, of course, scrub off stuck-on messes nor pick up anything damp but it's not intended for that.I didn't find the instructions that were included to be particularly clear nor helpful. It took me a bit to figure out how to open it to put the batteries in. Opening it to clean out the inside is also a bit awkward; in actuality, it is well-made enough that the pieces fit together tightly enough to make taking it apart a tad difficult! As with putting the batteries in, I was afraid of breaking it. I did finally figure out how to get it apart.This little vacuum is one of those things I didn't know I needed until I got one. It's the easiest way I've found to remove crumbs without getting them mostly in the floor!

I am bad about eating and smoking at my desk, so I purchased this little ladybug vacuum hoping it would help keep ashes and crumbs cleaned up. I have had it for two months now, have not had any problems and absolutely love it! Small lightweight debris such as ashes, depending on where they are can be blown instead up sucked up, but for the most part it has sucked up anything in its path. I highly recommend it, and plan to get another to keep in the kitchen.

This thing is so cool. We bought a kitchen island that has little grooves on top. There was no way to get the crumbs out so I thought "Amazon! They must have something!" So I searched small vaccum and this came up. It's cute, and it went with my red accents. It works just like I wanted. If you are on the fence buy it
