I'm 5'1". Would this be comfy to ride for my height? Is this easy to ride in uphills? Is this easy to carry up the stairs?

I think it would fit you just fine. It is kind of heavy. Lighter than a beach cruiser though and rides uphill much better than one too. I could carry it up stairs but I have a decent amount of upper body strength.

Can a replacement wheel be ordered somehow? Ours got stollen :( I love the look of these wheels.

Search here on Amazon, and many other Retailers (online, or in-store) that carry bicycle accessories, easy to find a replacement. They are available a lot of places. Just be certain to order the correct size/style of wheel, which you can confirm with the images and description, usually. ALSO, you can check your local bicycles or sporting goods shop, but they are typically more expensive (but, a good way to confirm which wheel you need before ordering online or buying from a less expensive store). REMEMBER, if you have a quick-release front wheel, you need to LOCK IT to the bike rack, or to the bike's frame, with a small separate lock, or use a very long chain/cable lock that you can snake through the bike and wheel together.

I'm a 5'1 female and need a smaller size (but adult) bike. will this do the trick? any advice on smaller adult hybrid bikes for women on amazon?

This bike may be too big to straddle for you. You probably won't have a problem riding but when you stop you may have to swing your leg off the bike so you can stand.

Uh. According to Schwinn site, model 1.5 regular frame is 18 inches, not 15 inches. Step-through/ladies model 1.5 is 15 inches, right?
