First off need to tell a story about my first experience with this product in 1982. I worked in a home improvement store and one day I was filling in over in the paint Dept. And went to mix a batch of paint for a couple and then formula required black tint and the dispensing canister was out. You may already see where this is going, but just wait, it gets good, or bad depending if you own Amway Prewash Spray. I grabbed a quart of black tint out of the cabinet below the dispense and put in on the opener like I had a 100 times before. But this time was not the same! And a little backstory I wasn’t expecting to be working in paint that day as I primarily sold windows for new construction and remodel so I wore my brand new cute white terry top with the pretty rainbow trim with my high waist jeans. Looked very cute that day and my company smock jacket even looked cute over it. But this was not the day to wear white. Or any color for they matter. When that can began to turn on the opener and the cutting knife plunged into the sealed can it exploded right in my face, down my arms and all over my smock and my very cute outfit. The couple standing there just out of distance of the jet black spray of highly concentrated tint didn’t get a drop on them thankfully, but I was drenched in jet black inky tint. They tried to keep their composure but couldn’t help themselves, and turned their backs as their laughed hysterically. I did keep my composure and turned to them to excuse myself, grabbed the nearest coworker, who also looked both horrified & somewhat amused, and asked them to take over for me in paint while I went to try to clean myself up. I removed my smock and wiped my face & arms and rinsed it in water but it was immediately stained my skin and my smock was toast. My cute white terry top with the rainbow trim wax completely black all up the front where the smock was open. I grabbed my purse and headed for my car and home just 10 min away. I tried not to look at anyone on my way out the door or in my car as I drove the hiway home. I went inside and straight to the laundry room and stripped down. Looked up and saw the newly purchased Amway Prewash Spray that came in our starter kit when we signed up to become millionaires. I read the instructions which said do not get in eyes. Fortunately my young reflexes were such that I closed my eyes when the inky explosion occurred. I took off the lid and began spraying my arms and my face and neck. Then grabbed a rag and wiped my eyes first. It looked like it was melting it off my arms and kept wiping with old rags. It was crazy but it wasn’t even leaving a stain on my skin but it also wasn’t burning my skin. It was removing it all! It was a miracle! Prior to this just getting a bit of tint on my hands took days to remove. It just had to wear off. Once the bulk of the spray was was wiped away I went to the bathroom and washed down with soap. Then returned to the laundry room to deal with my black tint stained clothing. I sobbed for my cute white terry top that I presumed was toast, but what did I have to lose? I doused it with the Prewash spray and a bit of my jeans that got hit as well. Let it sit for a few while I got dressed and threw it in the wash and returned to work to finish out the day. No one expected me back and sure didn’t expect to see my white face again but Amway Prewash Spray was the HERO. I ended up selling it to coworkers and we kept s can by the paint station just in case and I didn’t become a millionaire but I have always had spot free clothing since then for over 40 years now. One more Amway miracle was after they came clean I grabbed the bag of kids clothes that were in s bag of above the washer and I thought what the heck let’s see if it can remove old stains. The most miraculous was my 4 yr old daughters white Levi jeans that she wore out to the raspberry patch and covered in raspberry stains and thought they were ruined forever as nothing touched them before. It got every last stain out and she wore then til she grew out of them. My boys baseball & football pants never had green stained knees. So if you read this far and am on the fence about the price of this can don’t be. It’s worth every single penny. And then some.

Years ago I knew people who sold amway and almost got talked into selling. This is my favorite product from their line. Everything I got a stain, I struggled to get it out. But my mother-in-law was always good at getting out my stains. One day I asked what her secret was and she said amway spray. So I bought a case and we split it. However people stopped selling it and was bot to be found. Here we are years later and struggling again with stains. I remembered back to years ago n goggled it. Low and behold I found it on Amazon. So I ordered 1 can and am very happy again. Pricy but worth it. Thanks amazon for carrying this product.

Have used this for years, never a problem, always great for stain removal

The pricing is too high but the product is fantastic...i use it for all my stains on our clothing...

A bit pricey but this stuff works so well and lasts forever because it takes so little product!
