Supremium Baffle Box Medium Weight Hungarian Goose Down Comforter (Level 3) White/King

I looked a long time for a oversized king comforter that met my needs and wouldn’t bankrupt me! This comforter fit that bill. It is well made, comfy cozy and was within my budget. I waited for the seasons to change before writing a review because I wanted to be sure that it would not be too hot & heavy in the Springtime. It was not. It is a bit heavier than my previous comforter but not too weighted. Everyone has their own personal preferences in that regard but both my husband and I have found this one comfortable. We were warm & toasty through the Winter and fairly comfortable through the Spring. It won’t be used in Summer of course but I expect to bring it out again for those cool Autumn nights. What we enjoy most about this comforter is — no more fighting for the covers! This size is big enough for both to enjoy!

This comforter is just what I was looking for. It is so fluffy and soft. This only problem I have, is that the size is a little smaller than stated, which is why I took one star away. I have black furniture and gray walls, this is the only white in the room. I put a good quality white duvet on it and have 4 regular, and two euro pillows on the bed. It looks like a room that you see in magazines now! I only use down comforters and was very afraid of spending this much, but I am not sorry!

We have had our new comforter for almost two months and are so glad that we made the purchase. At first the price seemed high, but after doing some comparative shopping, this comforter ended up being a real deal. Once we saw the comforter and how well it is made, we were convinced we made the right choice. The comforter is beautiful, the fabric is very soft and suburb quality. I was concerned that the weight would not offer enough warmth, however the medium weight is idea for our winter nights in the SF Bay area. We love the warmth without weight, and didn't realize how "used" our old comforter was until we experienced the new one. The warmth is evenly dispersed and offers a relaxing nights sleep without any hot spots (that we experienced with our old comforter). Compared to other high end comforters that we considered, we could not beat the value offered by Warm Things. This is the third Down Comforter we have purchased through Warm Things (a medium weight and summer weight comforter for a guest room) and are completely satisfied.

Bought the twin size even though I have a double bed. The double bed's head and foot board would have interfered with the length dimensions of the double/queen size comforter. The twin size dimension fit perfectly and was more than $100 cheaper. Even as winter has not come on full blown, I expect that the comforter will perform as well as it has on those extra cool fall nights. No complaints here.

Years ago I had slept under a down comforter in Switzerland. It was lighter than air and wonderful. I have always wanted one like it but they were too expensive for me to buy. Now many years later I had decided to splurge and get myself one now that I am by myself. When it arrived I knew it was just like I thought it would be. But, it makes me too hot! I sleep very hot; during the winter when it is 20 to 30 something degrees I sleep with the window open and no heat in the room. No matter what I did to make it cooler to sleep under I was just too hot. Very upsetting because it is what I have dreamed about owning. I let my son try it since he is always cold when he sleeps and he loves it! So I gave it to him and I am getting the "light" comforter. Hope that one is just as nice.

Too small. Probably my fault because I didn't check the measurements. I assumed a King size comforter fit a king size bed. What we got barely reaches edge to edge on the made bed. With my wife and me in the bed, forget it. Doesn't cover both of us unless we sleep glued together in the middle, going against the reason we bought the king sized bed. I've had many comforters in my life but never had one that didn't fit the size bed it claimed to be for. Should have known something was amiss when it arrived in a box just a little bigger than a shoe-box. There goes $500 into the bottom of our hall closet.

​UPDATE ::: still going strong three-years later.Fluffy & Awesome as ever.++++++++++++++++After months of research and debate over which duvet to go with (seriously, why is it so hard to make these kinds of purchases?!) I am so happy, we went with this brand. Cost effect, soft to the touch, seemingly well made, both warm and cool, it's perhaps my most favorite item of the year. It blows away almost all other duvets we've own over the years. I look forward to purchasing a second one to be finally rid the house of the "flying feathers syndrome" of our other poorly constructed duvets.

I absolutely love this comforter. I have had it for a little over 2 years now and it's the best I've ever had in my life. So soft and the fact that you get to choose the fill for warmth is amazing. I put a duvet cover over it to protect from spots and stains. I 10/10 would recommend this comforter. Well worth the investment.
