Outstanding hat and service. Ordered it on 2/9 and it arrived in upstate NY on 2/24. I extended the brim to 2 3/4 and lowered the crown to 4 1/2. Cocoa with chocolate ribbon. Also included a nice hat box and hat bag. Mr. P upgraded to beaver felt at no extra cost. I couldn't be happier, Beautiful hat.

I adore this hat! Perfect fit, exceptional quality, and the custom color, brim size, and ribbon selection were executed perfectly. Can't wait to wear it out and about!
