I understand that a battery pack will add bulk to the phone. But this is like carrying an older cell phone. It's heavy to the point of awkwardness. I've tried other battery cases; none was this weighty or added this much sheer physical size. A battery pack is a good idea, especially as my 6S Plus gets on in years. And I do appreciate bulk that adds protection to the phone. But this is simply ungainly. I could almost do biceps curls with it. Slight exaggeration for effect. Sorry I cannot recommend this to anyone but the Incredible Hulk, and then only if he has large pockets.

I had to keep unplugging and reinstalling the cellphone from/into the battery pack. Tiresome.

The case itself worked perfectly for the first 6 months or so but it later started malfunctioning and stopped working all together, I had to contact the extremely helpful seller who explained the situation and offered me a free replacement

Case does not consistently charge the phone or hold a charge. I contacted the seller via email as instructed but did not receive a response. As a result this defective product was returned.

It only worked one time and then the on button was stuck. If it was not defective, it actually is a good product to have.
