Blows away the cheaper options. Worth the money!
Super thrilled with these fans! Last year I installed a set of cheap 80w fans that were claimed to pull 1400 cfm in my car. They had had such good reviews, but further analysis the next year showed that the reviewers didn't use them for their intended purpose. Turned out that the cheap 80w fans couldn't keep the car cool sitting in traffic on a 90* day without even running A/C.I switched to these fans this year and haven't looked back! These fans have much stronger motors than the cheap ones and suck tons of air through the radiator. I've used these with the A/C on and they have no problem keeping up! It's a night and day difference! I've added a few pictures of what these look like compared to the same size 80w fan I bought last year.Spal advises that it takes ~10 amps to draw 1000 cfm through a radiator. If that is true then that explains why these have been working so well for me! It would also mean that the 80w fans were likely pulling only ~666 cfm each.

Great fan, replaced cheap Chinese fan
I bought a $259 radiator 12" fan combo from alloyworks for my 6.0L swapped g body. Both fans failed within about a year, one won't turn on and one lost it's blade assembly. This 12" spal is slightly larger than the Chinese fan and required new holes to be drilled but fits nicely on the shroud. This spal fan looks to be far superior in quality and so far works great. Fan pulls 13.7 amps

A Quality Automotive Fan Made in Italy
This fan moves A LOT OF AIR! It's a small hurricane powered by 12Volts of DC. Even though the fan moves large volume of air, it is not particularly noisy and the electric motor doesn't get uncomfortably hot.I use it in a stationary application when it sees many hours of continuous operation at full speed - much more than it would have experienced in a vehicle, and this fan runs without a hiccup. Rock solid!

Spal ftw
The media could not be loaded. Was having overheating issues with my k24 turbo swap at slow speeds and idle. It would reach 220* idling before I’d get scared and cut it off with Chinese ebay slim fan. I put this spal fan on with a dedicated relay harness using the factory fan plug as signal for relay and this thing pumps now. Gets to 196* idling for 45 mins and drops to 190* when I give it gas. Definitely a life saver and a necessity for any similar setups to what I have here! DO NOT MESS AROUND WITH THE CHINA JUNK GET THE SPAL AND STAY COOL!!

Mount kit sold separately
Some reviewers have stated that their fan came with a mount kit, others have said it didn't. I recently purchased this fan and it did NOT come with the mount kit. The seller I bought it from says the mount kits are sold separately. My guess is that the other reviewers bought from sellers who threw it in as a bonus or that that reviewers bought the fan as a bundle with the kit.The fan itself feels solid and seems very well built. It was recommended by my mechanic.

Not yet installed but i pulled them out of the ...
Not yet installed but i pulled them out of the boxes and powered them up to make sure they work. They do move a lot of air! Noise doesn't seem inordinately high for the size and my holding them in my hand while running it. Torquey bastards. Almost flipped out of my hand when I turned it on. LOL

Huge upgrade
Used this on my swapped civic now the fan is on intermittently as opposed to the original that always stayed on once warmed up, did have to swap the 15 amp fuse for a 20 amp due to the power this fan requires
