This steamer is pricey but worth the investment if you have at least one load of weekly ironing to do or just loathe ironing in general. Or better yet if you just want some help from others in your home who claim they can't iron! Using a steamer is much less intimidating than the dreaded iron. So far, the steaming process has been gentler on our clothes, enhancing the longevity of our closet. And our sanity! No one in our home likes ironing but with the Pure Enrichment PureSteam Pro, getting our clothes ready for the week is much less of a hassle and we're all a little less stressed in the morning! We have had the steamer for over 3 months now and haven't had to pull out the iron or ironing board which has been such a wonderful change. The steamer's design makes it safe to own if used responsibly. We unplug it and empty the tank after each use for safety. Emptying the tank also limits the chances of accidental leaking. It is very easy to set up and has a minimal footprint making it a breeze to store when not in use. It heats up and is ready to use within less than a minute. One fill of the tank is adequate for at least a week's worth of work attire for 2 people. After just a couple uses, filling the tank and hanging your clothes as taut as possible for the best 'wrinkle-free' results becomes more natural to the user. It would be awesome if the manufacturer included a couple more clips to help hang clothes as taut as possible but one can work just with the clips provided. It just takes some practice and patience. Best to remove clothes from the dryer and steam ASAP as this will reduce the # and depth of wrinkles and definitely limits how much time you have to spend passing the wand back and forth over your clothing. To be honest, this steamer seemed like a bit of an indulgence but it has been a truly great addition to our home. Keep in mind, because steaming is much milder on fabric, it won't give you quite the crisp results of ironing but if you're ok with that, you'll find this steamer useful.

I bought this steamer because I thought I would be able to get wrinkles out of my clothes faster than ironing them. When I first got it I was home for lunch and put it together quickly to test it out. Once I turned it on I waited the 45 seconds and nothing happened, it didn't even gurgle or otherwise indicate it was working. Turns out the pump is not strong enough to push air in the hose out before it pumps the steam through. This mean that every time I use it I have to tilt the product forward and place the hose on the floor, which causes the water in the tank to enter into the steam making compartment. Also when you hang your shirt or pants on the hanger and press the steam handle against it, it usually touches the metal arm behind and causes more wrinkles. So as you are getting the wrinkles out of your shirt or pants you usually end up getting it more wrinkled. It looks like a really cool product but for $90 its really more trouble than it's worth. I plan on returning mine.

It is easy to use, however at time I have noticed water coming out, instead of steam this mainly happens. What have causes some sort of discomfort. Other than that it works fine I used to steam my couch as well.

This steamer has been a game changer for my family. Much of our wardrobe, if wrinkled, would stay in our closets or drawers because we dislike ironing that much. We only iron if absolutely necessary. Now, with our beloved steamer, we literally wear most of our clothes because it's so easy to set up the steamer, heat up the steamer, and steam. It's so quick! So here are the pros: -easy set up out of the box -easy to fill water tank -water tank lasts a long time allowing us to steam several clothes at a time -water heats up quickly and is ready for steaming, takes less than a minute -foot pedal to initiate steaming (love this) -adjustable garmet hanger or you can hang your own hanger (although it would be nicer if it extend higher for taller people) -aesthetically pleasing as far as steamers go, this is the most attractive one I've seen -gets all the wrinkles out of most clothes Cons: -clothes get slightly damp -sometimes more stubborn wrinkles take longer to steam -sometimes water drips onto the clothes Overall, I love this steamer! It's so easy to use, even my 7 year old son has learned how to steam his clothes. Keep in mind this is not a commercial steamer so it does the job well enough.

The steamer shows you the power of a steamer when it comes to getting your clothes wrinkles out. However, not the best unfortunately for 50% of your clothes. For 50% it works really well, but for the other 50% it’s mediocre at best. I love the convenience of it But alas, need to return it because it just is not cutting it.

I bought this to use for steaming drapes for 11 sets of windows in my house. After using it for only two panels, I gave up and used my handheld steamer! This unit has a very poor performance. It only steams if the hose is fully extended. If you’re steaming just a top that is around 24” in length then it will serve the purpose, but if you want to steam pants or drapes (something longer) it is useless. Once the hose gets a slight bend in it, the steam stops being emitted from the nozzle. Even at the highest setting, the steam being emitted from the nozzle was nowhere near as strong and efficient as my small handheld steamer. This was such a huge disappointment because I have a lot of drapes and sheers to steam, and I was hoping that having a unit that would last an hour+ would be the best route. Wrong answer! Even having to refill the small handheld steamer every 10 minutes was better and more efficient than this. Perhaps the unit I received was defective… who knows? I did see other reviews that stated the hose had to be elongated in order for the unit to work and… that’s exactly right! It’s useless for anything longer than a blouse as I stated above! Don’t waste your time!

Only used 4-5 times; unfortunately, not working anymore (no steam at all, boiler not starting). Had it for less than 1yr and seller is no longer on Amazon :(
