Great stuff for late night snacks
The taste for this noodle is meticulous and you can clearly tell that quite some effort went into making sure everything tastes just right. The noodle tastes just hard enough to be chewy and just soft enough to also kinda feel authentic (although there’s still a plastic feel to it, but much better than competitive I’d say). The broth is a high light for me. It really is great on its own and it’s just as fun to drink it as eating the noodle.Now the thing is the serving is small. This is not the type of noodle to get you through an afternoon; I think perhaps two servings is an average adults normal amount for lunch or dinner. That said, this is perfect as a late night snack, seriously. Will definitely buy more.

Worth the money!
The best noodle soup in the world!! Yes it's pricey but if you can afford it, it's worth it. However, it won't fill your stomach if you're hungry. Very small amount of noodles. The herbs they used in the bone broth are amazing. The flavors remind me of the sweet memories of the beautiful island Taiwan. Thank you for having this available on Amazon!

Quality not as expected

Cilantro explosion.... ugh
Not bad. Not my favorite. Noodles were ok. They come fresh not freeze dried. The broth was a little challenging with SOOOooo much cilantro. Gah. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this in the future unless I could find it for cheap. In that case, it would be an ok break from other things for a while.

Disappointed
I ordered direct from the company. The noodles look like spaghetti noodles - white and round. Noodles in the cup are all the same. The difference is in the broth, which has a rich flavor but not my taste. There are no toppings. bits of vegetables or meat like other cup noodles. You have to add toppings to it. Otherwise, it's spaghetti noodles in a broth. The portion size is relatively small. It's more a snack than a meal. There are better options at fraction of the price.

Delicious and good quality
