It is challenging enough to do keto without making homemade versions of every single condiment and sauce you enjoy. So I was thrilled to find Guy Gone Keto sauces...they are really TASTY! Start with the sample pack to see which ones you love. I was really missing ketchup and steak sauce. But I didn't realize I'd fall in love with the Thai Chili sauce...now I use it the most of all of them.

This product smelled incredibly bad. It smelled rotten, putrid, simply horrible. That's the truth. I wanted it to be good, this is an honest review of my experience. I poured some on 1 lb of ground beef sat down at the table brought it up to my mouth and felt like I was about to throw up. The smell was just surprisingly putrid. I threw out both bottles of the sauce and my meat. I was very disappointed. I came on here and saw I was not the only person who experienced this. I thought I was going to get sick.

I really like this. It’s tangy and it’s delicious in secret sauce. I’m not big on ketchup, but I love secret sauce and it was one of the things I missed most when we started keto. I’m going to have to check out their other products now.

I liked this sauce. I've been trying to find a bunch of no/low sugar sauces and tried several brands of Teriyaki and most were terrible. Most had water as a first ingredient (I like flavor), not this one. I also didn't get an aftertaste from this which was great. I really have no respect for these companies that charge as much for some of these zero carb products and have water as their first ingredient.My only complaint would be the packaging really took some getting used to it. When I opened the package sauce went everywhere. Hopefully it's just a case of getting used to it and my next purchase I'll be more careful.

Aside from a flaw in bottle design (see photos). There is a pull tab that is attached very tightly to a squeeze bottle. And mind you I have purchased many sets of these bottles because I love these so much and every single time the same thing happens no matter what way I try to do it when I get the pull tab to finally come off ketchup squirts out all over the place. The first time I didn’t realize it was going to happen and it went all over my clothes at least now I know to face it towards my sink. The same thing happened with the barbecue sauce. So I always end up wasting a good half of a cup of catch-up when I open these bottles. If anybody has a better way by all means please share or Guy gone keto please revise your bottles! Otherwise this is a fabulous product I’m so glad it’s made with Monk fruit and not sucralose or Splenda because it’s so hard to find a good catch-up that I can actually eat! It’s been five years since I’ve had catch up and now I finally can. Thank you so much I will continue to buy the product even with the design flaw :)

If you can get past the smell, next there's the water-like thin texture and the complete lack of heat in this "hot" sauce. But, it tastes okay and makes a decent sweetener in salty sauces. So it serves the purpose, but jeezus, does it have to reek like this? It stinks way worse than vinegar.

It taste good and it's got MCT oil in it just what I wanted.

I should have smelled it before pouring it on my steak. Ruined my steak. It smelled and tasted rancid and putrid. There is a non-descript code on the bottle that started with 2010 and the current year is 2023. It is unclear to me whether that was a production date code or an expiration date code. It is also unclear to me whether the Guy Gone Keto Steak Sauce is supposed to smell and taste rancid, or if the product had simply gone bad due to time. One thing is sure, I will never attempt to try another Keto steak sauce again.
