This is a great chair. the instructions are not terribly great but they will do. it worked fairly well to use a manual screwdriver to get the screws in the right place and then an electric one to finish drilling them in. though i did crack the wood a little on one spot. the nails that go in the side towards the front are the worst ones. one of them going in with the electric drill made a crack in it (but possibly it started cracking with manual screwdriver). some wood glue should fix it fine. the other nail on the opposite side sticks out 1/2-1 inch and could not go in farther. this is why the chair is 4 stars not 5. other than that it is a fantastic chair. great for people with back problems. you will probably need two people to put it together though.

I was nervous to buy this off of amazon especially with the price being so much lower than everywhere else I found it.I love it! It fits me perfectly. The height is just right to be able to comfortably rock with my feet and the contours of the seat and back are perfect for my size.This rocking chair would not work for a larger person. You need to be small to average for this to work.

Purchased for my elderly mother. We did have some difficulty putting it together. The screws were hard to get in. It is a beautiful chair and she loves it. My brother liked it so much, he bought the same one.
