great product
Easy to use - able to make calls within USA saving ££s on UK mobile phone

Doesn't work
I bought this for my recent trip to New York. I followed the instructions on the associated card regarding activation. When I arrived in New York I tried the card in three different devices, all factory unlocked running the latest android software. I was constantly greeted by an error message. Even though when I tested it in the UK as per the instruction booklet I got the message on the sim that according to the booklet was showing it would work. Very frustrating.

Worked as described. Unlimited Data, download speed satisfactory
Used it for my trip to New York. Worked exactly as described. Would only make calls within the US however, used FaceTime when making calls to the UK using the unlimited data. Text using WhatsApp. Had no problem at all on my unlocked iPhone. Bought 2, one for my wife and myself. Worked out cheaper than using my EE tariff. Recommend

No help available to sort out no mobile data
Product arrived on time. It was simple to pre register. On arrival at the airport I put in the SIM card. Totally impossible to receive internet data (google maps and Uber being my main need for the card anyway). Followed all trouble shooting ideas several times but still no mobile data. And here’s the crunch....... I can get no help to sort it. I can’t ring the helpline because ‘there is not enough credit’ i’ve Emailed. The one reply asked the make of my phone and where I was. Nothing more. On day 7 of my visit (helplines close at the weekend) and still no phone. So i’ve Have bought this for about ten local calls. Not impressed. Will update review if I can get any money back on return

Sim never worked.
This sim never worked. The company refuses to refund me despite several requests to go so. I have wasted money. My phone is not contract, all phones is pay as you go. Please avoid this company.

It did the job well
I liked that it worked as soon as i popped it in. No worries. I do wish that it was a reloadable one, however.

Super fast 5gE worked perfect on landing
Super fast 5g in California, activated Sim 3 days Before I travelled and it just worked as soon as I landed, deffo buy before u go or it will cost a fortune in country
