Perfect for anyone with physical problems that make changing the sheets torture
I bought the king size percale sheets in ivory. I have arthritis, shoulder problems, and back problems that would make me almost cry when I thought about having to change the sheets. I would dread having company only because it meant having to change extra bedding. I live alone and have no readily available help to lift the heavy mattresses. I do like a well made bed and have always used high end linens. This purchase was one of several modifications to household tasks. I am very happy to report that the sheets really are a game changer. I was lucky to have someone here to help put on the original sheet with sides, but I have now changed the zipper section myself and it was so so easy. When they first arrived, the sheets felt a little stiff and rough. I'm used to a much higher thread count. But after one wash they were fine, and the second wash has softened them even more. And, so far, it does seem to allow for a cooler sleep. Wrinkles are not a problem. The top part does loosen a little over the week, but overall remains very comfortable. I am using a lint roller on the sides to remove the cat hair that collects there. 3 cats, there is cat fur everywhere. When I went to wash and re-zip the sheet for the first time, I was having problems - simple solution, I just needed to lift the cotton flap at the end of the zipper - but before I figured that out I googled it and immediately got a chat contact. I responded, and a very very nice woman came on and then we face timed so she could better direct me. Could not have been nicer. The only thing I wish I had done differently was buy the standard white, or perhaps the striped, sheet. The ivory almost looks like dingy white, though I am getting used to it. I do not often write reviews, but I think this product is a good choice for anyone who wants an easier time changing sheets - we know it can be hard work with the heavier mattresses, And it is an absolute game changer for those of us who are aging, have some limitations, and are challenged with heavy lifting. I add this to my recent purchases to make it easier to cope with limitations - Roomba, bravo jet.

Zip on bottom bedsheets
Iโm a full time RVโer, and also 61 years old. These are a game changer! I used to dread changing my sheets. These make it SO much easier! The quality seems very good, seams are well sewn and put together, the zipper is fairly strong, and the material is soft, doesnโt pill and isnโt thin. Itโs a real back saver when itโs time to change them, no more lifting the mattress or struggling to get all the corners on! Definitely recommend, RV or not.

Very Pricey, but they make RV bed-making easier, for sure.
I do think these are priced to high, but they do really make changing the linens in an RV (where space around the bed is tight) much easier.

Maybe my fault but not what I was expecting
Ok so I admit maybe I didnโt understand what I was getting but here is what I was looking for. I have an adjustable bed and anyone knows with adjustable beds the sheets come off and slide everywhere as you raise and lower the bed and sit in it etc. so I wanted sheets that covered the mattress completely-top, bottom, over and under. When I saw this I thought that this was it and you just zip off the top to wash it but the underneath and sides always stay on. This is not the case. This is just a deep pocket fitted sheet with a zip off top. I personally donโt understand it myself. If the sheet comes off the bed so easily then why do you need a zip off top??? And why so expensive. I thought the extra price was the extra fabric for the underneath plus the zipper but apparently not. Well with that said, it does stay put pretty well on my adjustable bed. I havenโt had to fix it from falling off once since I got it in last three weeks. Thatโs a lot considering it was a daily occurrence before. The sheets are comfortable and it comes with an extra top so when you zip one off the other clean on can be put back on. Itโs comfortable and thick sheet. Def heavy duty quality. Iโm giving it a 4 star because it wasnโt what I expected but it sorta got the job done and itโs a quality product.

Banish those devil sheets from you house.
I hate fitted sheets. I hate storing and folding them. I hate the general low quality of the bands used in them and how they can pop off at night. I just hate them. I'm also incredibly lazy so changing them out every week just makes me grumpy. When I saw these I knew I had to have them. They wash up great, and after the first initial wash, you won't need to do the banded section every week. Unless you're a barbarian who eats in bed. Just unzip the top and zip on a new one. It saves so much time. And now I can wash the top sheet section with my normal clothes without worrying about them being tangled up in a huge, half wet half dry stretched out mess. The zipper is thick plastic and feels sturdy. I've never had a problem with it catching in the few months I've owned them. And the band is super strong! I have a power base on my bed that allows me to tilt the head and feet up and down. This band stays in place through all of the movement. Even if the top didn't come off, this would be a quality sheet. Probably the best part is I can order more top sheets without needing a new fitted section. I've only washed the bottom part twice because 1) You don't sleep on it directly so nothing going to soak into it, and 2) it's attached to my bed and humans are gross, so dust could become a problem if you never wash it. I recommend this to everyone I know because it makes doing laundry and making my bed so much easier. My only gripe is they only had Sateen available in Twin XL. I really wanted Percale :(

Made for ease!
I've had back surgery that prevents me from wrasslin' with the fitted sheet, and I need one to be comfortable. This is such a game changer. One part of it wraps around the outside of the mattress and wasn't too hard to get on once you figure out short side vs long side. That part stays on and you just zip the top portion on and off for laundering, which is so easy! The material is weird to me. It is smooth, but not actually soft. It's kind of crinkly, like a waterproof sheet, but obviously not waterproof as I washed and dried it before putting it on. Makes a noise when you get in and out of bed. It wrinkled immediately after being laid on, but I'm used to that with my old sheets, and I don't mind. I have been using very high thread count sheets for decades now, and I think this is why they seem weird to me. They were just a bit hot to me - I sleep like the heat of the sun - but not enough to not love them due to the ease of changing. Buying through Amazon instead of QZ saves a bit of money due to the extra sheet being included.

Stays on the bed well!
So I'm one of those people who are always pulling sheets off. They never stay on. I have like 50 kinds of sheet suspenders trying to find something that will keep the sheets on, and usually settle with the long ones that go across the whole bottom of the mattress and I use twice as many as it calls for. Decided to try these with NONE and see how it went first because after stripping the bed down I was just exhausted and lazy. So we're going into the 3rd month here and they're still on. A little skewed on the one side which makes zipping the top part on a bit more difficult so when I go to change that again I'll probably still put the sheet suspenders back on, but I think when I do that I won't have to change the base of the sheet again unless I just want to give it a clean for kicks. The pockets are so deep and curve under the mattress and they are so sturdy that it just doesn't budge that much. Even with wild sleeping tactics. The sheets are super sturdy like i said above, as they should be for the money. Npt so thick theyre bothersome but tbick enough that i dont worry about the seams. The zippers appear very sturdy too. I wish someone else would come out eith a competitive product so the pricing would go down a bit, but yeah. Well worth it in the long run.

ZIPPER FAILURE FIRST TIIME TOP REMOVED
UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: I called the company in Denver after I wrote the following review. All sets have a Percale fitted sheet. I used the Steam function on dryer to eliminate the major wrinkles and a handheld steamer for final touch up. Customer Service was great. Updated the set to 5 STARS. Know that I am out of the window for returns. Unpack as soon as your shipment arrives. The package label states Fabric: Sateen. The two tops are Sateen and feel wonderful. The Percale fitted sheet with a Sateen top zipped on is not as fine a weave. The labels were side by side-maybe a robot zipped them together and AI does not read. The workmanship is excellent. I will have to iron the Percale fitted sheet. I need help to put the fitted sheet on a mattress and have scheduled a technician to come tomorrow from a mattress store to set up the electric platform and help put the fitted sheet on. Looks like a lack of quality control by the manufacturer. A very disappointed 80 year old. Finally got around to using the QuickZip. I know the return date has come and gone. Decided to wait until mattress retailer repaired an electrical device that adjusts bed. When the QuickSheet arrived, I zipped a top to the base to make sure the zipper worked. Folded it up and put it away. This morning I started to remove the top sheet and less than halfway around there was a gap where the zipper teeth were not together. I tried the old standby of spraying the gap with a lubricant. No luck. Contacting the company in Denver next.
