Simple but good
The monitor works well and is easy to use. It isn't complex and can't do anything too clever, but it is at the cheaper end of the spectrum so that's what you'd expect.

Poor show, arrives okay but doesn't work!
I had a similar issue to a previous reviewer. Bought this to use to assess clients fitness and when I opened the box the display was dead, which means the battery was dead. No additional batteries were supplied and even if they were, I would not have been able to replace. Poor customer service in my opinion when the suppliers have already been made aware that the watch batteries are dead when selling, but then still sell them. Perhaps that is why there are currently none in stock!

No Battery fitted!
This watch was delivered fine, but when opening the box, I found a watch with no display whatsoever, and a new battery loose in the box. The problem is, to fit the battery needs a jewelers screwdriver. Am I supposed to buy a set of screwdrivers or pay someone to fit the battery before I can use the watch?
